This is the first of a special series of Revised articles taking cards from AU, Q-Continuum, and other sets. I'll do these whenever I feel like it. My first choice are two beauties from Alternate Universe:
Ajur
SECURITY
A female Vorgon criminal from the 27th century who ruthlessly sought
artifacts with partner Boratus. Hunted the Tox Uthat by returning to 2366.
Once per game, if alone with Archeology on a planet, may destroy all
but 3 seed cards there (random selection).
Integrity 1 Cunning 8 Strength 3
and
Boratus
SECURITY
Male Vorgon criminal from the future. Aims to steal artifacts with
partner Ajur. Once hunted the Tox Uthat discovered by Jean-Luc Picard on
Risa.
Once per game, if alone with Archeology on a planet, may destroy all
but 3 seed cards there (random selection).
Integrity 1 Cunning 5 Strength 7
Changes: As is, they're a waste of two perfectly good pieces of cardboard. I made them one personnel, changed the confusing and nonsensical ability and made some other alterations.
Final version:
Ajur
and Boratus
SCIENCE SECURITY
Male and female Vorgon criminals from the 27th
century. Sought the Tox Uthat in 2366. Thwarted by Jean-Luc Picard and
Vash.
May report to any planet where opponent's Archeology
is present.
Ajur: Treachery If you win a personnel battle
here, may 'steal' an opponent's artifact present.
Boratus: Treachery Greed V: Vorgon Raiders
Integrity 1+1 Cunning 7+5 Strength 4+7
Changes: Fixed the glaring mistake in the lore, and made him *much* more useful. When I get to his Premiere version, he'll be more than just a pathetic clone of his counterpart.
Final version:
Commander Tomalak
OFFICER
In an alternate 2370, the frequent nemesis
of the USS Enterprise agreed to cooperate to investigate an anomaly in
the Devron System. Allowed the Enterprise to enter the Neutral Zone.
