-Report at either player's Outpost. While in play, that player's Genetronic Replicator, Heisenberg Compensators, Holo-Projectors, Pattern Enhancers and Thermal Deflectors must report like Equipment cards (from table if already in play), in every way count as Equipment, and may only be carried with Antigrav and affect locations where they are present.

"Engineering device used aboard starships. Data modified an emitter to clear the Enterprise-D of chroniton particle contamination in 2368 when affected by Romulan interphase generator, dephasing LaForge and Ro in the process."
-Once per turn, where present, ship carrying this Emitter may force a Phase Cloak to fail OR disable Interphase Generator for one full turn OR kill one phased personnel OR unphase one phased personnel OR once per game, download I.P. Scanner.

-Each of your personnel present is STRENGTH +1. (Cumulative.) May be seeded anywhere The Gatherers have also been seeded.

A[331] Attack Skimmer, Equipment
"Flying assault platform. In 2373, Quark sold 7,000 units to the Proxcinian to be used in their war."
-To operate requires one personnel inside. At the start of a personnel battle, automatically kills one opposing personnel with STRENGTH<10 (random selection). Personnel inside does not participate in battle, but is killed if Skimmer is destroyed.

"Personal communications device incorporated into a decorative pin worn by bajoran personnel. Similar in operation to a Starfleet communicator."
-Bajoran use only. Allows one OFFICER present to share its skills with another OFFICER at the same spaceline location but not present.
Something like it is Classic Communicator.

-Bajoran use only. Your Music personnel may share that skill with Youth personnel present. Your  are +2 CUNNING where present.

"Medical device created by the E.M.H. aboard the USS Voyager in 2379. It was used to stave off morilogium in Kes and extend her life by a year. Its field pushed her cells into an earlier stage of entropic decay."
-Where present, you may consider  versions of personnel to be personae. To exchange these personae, you must place the personnel going to hand in Chamber (killed if card destroyed). SD Any  personnel.

"Type of medical instrument, such as the isomiotic hypo, used by many cultures to administer biogenic payloads into a humanoid organism."
-Once per turn, at the start of a personnel battle, your MEDICAL with Treachery present may kill one opposing non-android personnel (opponent's choice). Discard if ever used on more than one species. (Not cumulative.)

"Powerful cutting tool. Used aboard Deep Space 9 and other facilities and ships. Used to cut through toranium metal inlay on a station door on stardate 46925."
-ENGINEER use only. Nullifies any Entrance or Door planet dilemmas present. Also, where present, your ENGINEERs may use Airlock regardless of their other skills.

-While on a Nor, its SHIELDS are +4 (cumulative). Site where present may report one extra equipment card per turn (not cumulative.)

-At any time, may be switched with any Equipment card from hand, Q's Tent or Zalkonian Storage Capsule. Immune to Disruptor Overload.

"Coffin-like enclosure used in the Vhnori transference ritual. Designed to painlessly end a person's life, so that he or she can pass into the Next Emanation."
-Holds one personnel. Any personnel placed inside dies at the end of your turn and is relocated to discard pile, Next Emanation or points area where it is worth points equal to number of personnel's skills (your choice).

"A patently ridiculous invention, the cellular regeneration and entertainment chamber would entertain your cells to keep them from dying of boredom."
-At the end of each of your turns, you may place one personnel inside (in stasis until start of next turn; killed if card destroyed). If Alternate Universe Door open on next turn, personnel is all attributes +2 (+3 if Elias Giger present) until end of that turn.

-MEDICAL-classification use only. Where present with the host personnel, prevents personnel from dying in a Mind Location, bringing them back to MEDICAL's location. Also, nullifies Cerebral Cortex Failure and Telepathy Set Too High.

"Instrument of monetary exchange used in the early 21st-century. Other cultures have used similar systems throughout the galaxy and its history."
-May report for free at 21st-century Earth time locations. Where present, each of your Acquisition personnel may "stop" one Greed personnel present.

D[61] Data Crystal, Equipment
"Small information storage device. The Idanian intelligence agency used a data crystal to store Arissa's memories while she went undercover."
-Where present, once per turn, your infiltrator may extend any of its standard skills to the Crystal (limit of one per Crystal). Adds that skill to each of your personnel present. May change skills at the start of any turn if your infiltrator present.

E[81] Empath's Coccoon, Equipment
"Kamala the empathic metamorph was transported in stasis in an energy coccoon. When she emerged, she immediately caught the attention of every man on the ship."
-Discard at any time to download one Empath to this location. All opposing personnel are immediately "stopped". If Empath is Kamala, draw one extra card this turn.

"Handheld Ferengi weapon used to fire high-energy plasma discharges at their targets. Fell into disuse after 2364, but some still float around."
-Ferengi use only. Reports for free. Each of your personnel present is STRENGTH +1. (Cumulative.) May reoprt to a just-initiated personnel battle involving your  card(s).
Now exists as Ferengi whip.

"Science and engineering instrument located in Deep Space 9's science lab. Strangely enough, it generates flux."
-Reports for free to Science Lab. When present where your science and engineering-related equipment may report, up to two may report for free each turn.

"Self-setting anchor used for rappelling on sheer rock surfaces. Used by Picard, Crusher and Worf in the caves of Celtris III."
-Where present, nullifies Spelunking, Chula: The Abyss and Balancing Act and allows one personnel present (your choice) to avoid personnel battle at any planet.

"Medical device used by the Vidiians to reconstruct a person's entire genome. Dr. Sulan used it to split B'Elanna Torres into a pure human and a pure Klingon."
-Vidiian use only. If MEDICAL present, place on your captive. You may replace with any persona(e) from outside-the-game which is compatible with your personnel. It is under your control.

"Traditional Ligonian weapon uses in ritual combat. A gauntlet-length oversized gloves with poison spikes. Used by Tasha Yar in battle with Yareena."
-During personnel battle, one of your  personnel present may stun their adversary OR change one personnel from stunned  to mortally wounded.

"Engineering tool. Ensign Vorik recommended its use to regulate plasma flow, though Lieutenant Torres preferred a duotronic probe."
-Your  ENGINEERs present are all attributes +1 (cumulative) AND nullifies Difference of Opinion when encountered here.

"Land vehicled used by the Klingon military during ground-based battles. Most races have similar technology."
-To operate requires one personnel inside. In personnel battles on a planet, acts as a personnel with STRENGTH 14 (+¼ personnel's STRENGTH, rounded down, if SECURITY). Personnel inside does not participate in battle, but is killed if Vehicle is destroyed.

"Small device built with 29th-century technology that allowed the Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram to exist outside sickbay."
-Allows your  personnel to exist where present, even aboard a facility. Also these  personnel may not be deactivated with any Interrupt card.
Now exists as Mobile Holo-Emitter.

H[144]Holo-Imager, Equipment
"Handheld device used to capture holographic images for use on holodecks. Used by the Doctor for art. Used by Quark for smut."
-Once per turn, you may download another copy of one personnel present as a  icon personnel (reporting normally) whether it be unique or universal. (Once per personnel. Cumulative.)

C[192] Intelligence Drone, Equipment
"Small automated sensor platform. Monitors spacecraft activity in remote regions. In 2373, two drones near a Breen settlement alerted Benjamin Sisko to the presence of a Maquis freighter."
-May be left at any spaceline location. Your Long-Range Scans may download to any ship passing here. May be destroyed by ships with Tal Shiar, Obsidian Order, Section 31, Klingon Intelligence OR FCA aboard at this location.

"Experimental device connected to Geordi LaForge's VISOR inputs, allowing sensory information from an interface probe to reach him"
-At the start of each turn, you may place one personnel present inside (capacity of 1). That personnel may use Interface Probe. If it already can, Probe has extra skills of Geology, Physics and Biology.

-Your personnel present with STRENGTH<4 are STRENGTH=4. At any time, discard to download Low Gravity to this location.

-When at Earth, your personnel present are CUNNING +3 and may use Visit Cochrane Memorial regardless of species.

-Nullifies Hidden Entrance, Malfunctioning Door, Founder Secret, Impassable Door, Lockbox, Punishment Box, Security Precautions and Holodeck Malfunction where present.

-At the start of a personnel battle, for every different classification you have present (except ANIMAL), you may stun one opposing ANIMAL present. (Not cumulative.) Also nullifies Vole Infestation where present.

-Federation use only. Allows one OFFICER present to share its skills with another OFFICER at the same spaceline location but not present.
Something like it is Classic Communicator.

"Compressed energy weapon used by the Lenarians. Caused Jean-Luc Picard's artificial heart to fuse in 2369. Notoriously difficult to detect using standard scanning equipment."
-Non-Aligned use only. Each of your personnel present is STRENGTH +3, but loses 1 Diplomacy unless aboard your ship. (Cumulative. Immune to Disruptor Overload.)

E[24] The Egg, Equipment
"Dr. Paul Stubbs designed the Egg, an instrumented sensor probe, to record the decay of neutronium expelled during a stellar explosion. Launched it in 2366 after 20 years of waiting."
-May be discarded at any  mission showing a close-up star to allow you to look at the next dilemma seeded there. Any Stellar Flares seeded there are discarded upon being encountered. (Once per mission.)

C[4] Time Bomb, Equipment
"In 2369, Neela used a combination of cabrodine and infernite to destroy Keiko O'Brien's schoolroom on Deep Space 9. She was well clear of the blast when it occured."
-Your personnel may leave card at any Site. Once they have left, it explodes at the start of your next turn, killing all personnel present and destroying that Site's ability to report cards.
