B[79] A Sucker Born Every Minute, Objective
-Plays on table. While in play,  personnel are INTEGRITY, CUNNING and STRENGTH -2. If your personnel with Treachery present with opponent's personnel with Youth, you may exchange one of your Equipment cards present with opponent's Artifact played as Equipment also present. Nullifed if opponent ever has 5 Law at any outpost, reexchanging cards to owners' hands.

A[22] Active-Scan Navigation, Objective
-Plays on table. Your ships at any nebula or Atmospheric Ionization location may not be attacked UNLESS total CUNNING>50 and Navigation aboard enemy ship. Also, your ships may attack or counter-attack without impediment if SCIENCE and Navigation aboard (still respecting affiliation battle restrictions).

A[34] Advanced Tactical Training, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. Wherever you have a unique  SECURITY personnel in play, your Federation espionnage cards play at any time (for free) and may not be nullified. Also, once each turn, you may discard one of your Federation espionnage cards from hand or table, then draw one card. At any time, you may discard this objective from table to download one Federation espionnage card.

A[39] Age of Decision, Objective
-Once per game, per player, plays on any mission attemptable by both players. Players must decide who will get to solve or scout it in the following fashion: Player with the most Youth on the table gets to solve or scout. If there is a tie, player with the number of personnel closest to 14 on the table gets to solve or scout. In case of another tie, players may pit champions against one another in personnel battle. Winner of battle gets to solve or scout. Once this is decided, losing player may not attempt or scout mission under any circumstances.

C[17] Alberta Bound, Objective, Countdown: 2, 3 points
"In 2368, Wesley Crusher and Joshua Albert took a week-end trip to Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Noted for its suitability for winter sports."
-If Frigid OR Tsiolkovsky Infection OR any Breen in play, plays on Earth. When countdown ends, score points for every Youth personnel present and double points for any Sam Lavelle or Micheal Eddington present.

A[111] Alpha Search Pattern, Objective
-Play on any planet mission. When you attempt, if your Away Team includes both SECURITY and OFFICER-classification personnel, you must (if possible) count the number of seed cards underneath that mission and divide your Away Team into an equivalent number of groups of equal number. Each group (random selection) encounters one seed card present. Discard objective when mission is solved.

A[145]Amniotic Research, Objective, , -5 points
-Plays on any Infirmiry or Sickbay. Once per game, if you ever have 2 MEDICAL present at this site with a mother who has no children on the table, you may probe:
#: Retrovirus discovered. As long as site is in play, no DNA-related dilemmas are nullified at this location.
#: Labor provoked! Either download Maternity Ward OR lose points. Discard objective.
#Otherwise: Dead end. Discard objective and probe card.

G[40] Artifact Analysis, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on table. When you acquire an artifact, you may place it here (limit of one). At the end of every turn, if artifact on objective, you may probe:
#[Archaeology]: Hidden symbols. Place artifact out-of-play and take into hand any other artifact from outside-the-game. Discard objective.
#: A fake. Artifact discarded. Score points.
#Otherwise: Nothing happens.

G[198] Astronomical Studies, Objective, -5 points
-Plays on any  location. If Stellar Cartography present at the start of your turn, you may probe:
#: New star charted. You may remove one level of one skill to mission requirements on your side of the card. Discard objective.
#: Curious singularity. You may download to this location one Event card that can play here.
#Otherwise: The black void. Discard objective. Both players lose points (even if playing Borg).

B[124] Battle Simulation, Objective, X points
-Plays on table. When you have two unopposed ship at the same spaceline location, you may "mock battle". Conduct a ship-to-ship battle, but never assign damage. Instead, probe:
#: Ready crew. Winning ship's WEAPONS and SHIELDS +1. You may download Yellow Alert.
#More than 3  icons: A little too rough. Losing ship is damaged. If it is destroyed, you may beam crew to other ship.
#: Strategic analysis. Score points, where X = difference in ships' unmodified attribute totals.
After probe, discard Objective. (Not cumulative.)

B[247] Blood Oath, Objective, 15 points
-Plays on opponent's personnel that has just killed your Klingon. That personnel is returned to opponent's outpost and has a nemesis icon (dark red, right). Your Klingons with Honor (plus any Dax if Kor, Kang or Koloth present) now have a nemesis icon (dark red, left). If target personnel ever killed as a result of its nemesis icon, score points.
Now exists as Blood Oath.

C[264] Bluegill Conspiracy, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. If Alien Parasites affect opponent's crew, one personnel present (random selection, except androids, shape-shifters, Exocomps and robots) becomes a Bluegill and an infiltrator controlled by you.

B[341] Bridge Officer Examination, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on any of your non-Borg personnel (except VIP, CIVILIAN and ANIMAL) if you have more than 50 points. At the end of your turn, probe then discard Objective:
#: Passing grade. Personnel's staffing icon goes up one level (None to  to  to any icon. Score points.
#: Flying colors. Personnel's staffing icon goes up one level (see above) and gains the following skill: If selected to die, may choose any personnel present to die instead. Score points.
#: Failure, try again. No change. If you play this Objective again, it must be on the same personnel if still in play.

C[28] Camouflage Field, Objective
-Plays on table. Any Equipment cards located on your ships with Long-Range Scan Shielding may relocate underneath. You may also report new Equipment cards here (as hidden agendas). At any time, you may return any Equipment card here to your ship with Long-Range Scan Shielding. Equipment cards may return here at the end of your turn.

B[209] Close Wormhole, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on Bajoran or Barzan Wormhole in Alpha Quadrant. If your ship with Treachery and Physics there for two full turns, discard both ends of that Wormhole. If your Tahna Los in play, score points.

D[223] Collect Samples, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on table. While in play, all  missions you seeded require an additional Biology. If your botanist supplies the skill when solving the mission, score points. Discard at any time to nullify all Assign Mission Specialists in play. (Not cumulative.)

B[103] Commandeer Vessel, Objective, 
-Plays on table. Target your opponent's non-Borg ship. If your personnel with Computer Skill are ever aboard that ship unopposed or on that ship's Bridge unopposed, you may commandeer it. Once per turn, at the end of a personnel battle aboard, one stunned personnel may be relocated to the Brig (if present). Once commandeered, ship remains under your control even if none of your personnel are on Bridge or aboard ship, or if opponent's personnel here. Opponent may retake vessel by bringing an unopposed Computer Skill personnel to the Bridge or ship (if no Bridge present).
Now exists as Commandeer Ship.

C[310]Cowboy Diplomacy, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. When it comes into play, your unique non-Borg personnel with Diplomacy in play gain the affiliation icon of your choice (except Borg or Non-Aligned). While in play, those personnel may infiltrate any matching Away Team with dissidents, unificationists, Circle members, aligned Maquis or Duras family members. Spock and Captain Kirk are relocated to outpost if exposed. Nullified by opponent discarding any Plans card or Treaty on table.

C[330] Crossover, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, if a  icon personnel (except Miles O'Brien-Mirror) moves to the same location as its non- counterpart, that counterpart is discarded. Discard at any time to take one non- personnel captive where you have  icon personnel, relocating it to any  icon ship or facility's Brig.
Now exists as Crossover.

D[15] Dabo!, Objective, 15 points
-Plays on Quark's Bar. Any player who has Greed personnel present may probe at the start of their turn:
#: Double down. Discard one card from hand.
#: Pass 5. Opponent transfers 5 points to you if you show them your hand.
#: Dabo! Score points unless opposed by any dabo girl.
Now exists as Dabo.

D[47] Darmok and Jilad at Tanagra, Objective, 10 points
-Plays on any planet where you have 2 OFFICERs of different affiliations OR 2  OFFICERs of different species. They may not leave planet. At any time, you may play a compatible dilemma from discard pile which does not require more than 20 of any attribute (random selection) on them. They face it alone together. If they pass it, download any Treaty, score points and discard objective. If they do not and both survive, discard dilemma. Try again next turn.

D[55]Darts, Objective, ±5 points
-Plays on Quark's Bar. Any player who has at least 2  personnel present may probe at the start of their turn:
#Any mutant personnel: In the zone. Download probe card to this location and "unstop" all your personnel in play.
#ENGINEER OR MEDICAL: Dead center. Score points OR download Weak Spot to your hand.
#: Lame arm. Lose points and discard objective.

A[219] Disrupt Conference, Objective
-Play on any planet mission requiring Diplomacy. While you have Tal Shiar, Obsidian Order, Section 31 or a Founder there, opponent may not attempt that mission without an additional 5 SECURITY or by discarding 2 VIP. (Unique.)

I[81] Earn Name, Objective
-Seeds or plays on table. Place on your  Kazon OR Kazon with Youth when it wins a personnel battle where your Away Team or crew had less than 4 personnel. It is (your choice, each once per personnel): all attributes +2 OR matching commander of a specific  Kazon ship at this location OR given any one skill to replace Youth OR given any Kazon sect icon instead of its current sect icon.

A[217] Emergency Mining, Objective
-Play on any planet or asteroid field. If your ship from a different Quadrant present, it is repaired and stopped and you must probe (then discard objective):
#: More than enough ore. Draw probe card.
#: Not yours to take. Encounter next seeded dilemma with your crew.
#: They took everything. Mission's points reduced by 10.

A[109] Explore Alpha Quadrant, Objective, 10 points
-Seeds or plays on table. At any time, place on your ship docked at a facility in the Gamma Quadrant. If ship's crew or Away Team solves an Alpha Quadrant mission, then ship returns and docks at that facility, download one Jem'Hadar or Non-Aligned SECURITY and score points (discard objective).

E[136]Feeding the War Effort, Objective, 
-Plays on table. While in play, you may discard any number of Gold-Pressed Latinum in play at start of ship battle to draw the same number extra Tactic cards OR add the same number of points to a ship's WEAPONS present OR, on your turn, allow the same number of ships present to attack opposing ships regardless of battle restrictions. At any time, discard to download 34th Rule of Acquisition.

F[94]Field Training, Objective
-Plays on mission location you seeded. Any  personnel present with your Leadership OFFICER or SECURITY for two full turns gain the OFFICER or SECURITY's affiliation icon. OR Plays on any personnel with Youth present with your unique OFFICER for two full turns. It gains any one skill that OFFICER has. Discard objective.

A[308]First Law of Robotics, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, Exocomps and Soong-Type androids (unless affected by Android Nightmares) may not mortally wound any biological personnel. Also, androids and Exocomps may not toss biological personnel out an Airlock. Nullified by Emotion Chip.

A[35] Flush Out Adversary, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. If you have 2 SECURITY aboard a ship or facility where opponent's infiltrator is present, you may initiate a personnel battle against it. If you win personnel battle, you may choose to capture infiltrator. Score 5 points if infiltrator is killed, -5 if Odo is present.

F[150]For the Cause!, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. When played, you may download to each location where are located your  icon personnel, Cardassian dissidents, members of the Romulan underground and Resistance personnel one hand weapon or Small Cloaking Device. While in play, those personnel are STRENGTH +2 against their own affiliation and may ignore attack restrictions. Discard if opponent ever has no non-captive personnel in play. (Unique.)

F[151] For the Uniform, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. When played, you may download to each location where are located your captains, commanders, Guls, colonels, generals, Jem'Hadar firsts and DaiMons one hand weapon. While in play, those personnel are STRENGTH +2 against  personnel, Cardassian dissidents, Romulan underground members and  icon personnel and may ignore attack restrictions. Suspended by the 47th Rule of Acquisition. (Unique.)

C[54] Head for Home, Objective, 10 points
-Plays on table when you have only one Alpha or Gamma Quadrant starship in Delta Quadrant. While in play, you may only have one starship in Delta Quadrant (no method can bring others here). Your personnel and (if possible) shuttles may report aboard. Discard if starship ever reaches its home quadrant, scoring points.

B[398] Host Conference, Objective
-Plays on any Nor. If personnel aboard who have VIP and/or Diplomacy total more than 6, all personnel on Nor are "stopped", and you may choose any two affiliations present (except Non-Aligned and Neutral) to be restricted from battling each other as long as objective is in play.

A[324] HQ: Atlantis Project, Objective
-Plays on your homeworld. Any player may now solve it using these requirements: Geology x3 + Biology x3 + Leadership x3. When solved, that player may download and play Aquatic Lab on a facility here.

D[22] HQ: Provincial Politics, Objective, ±5 points
-Plays on Bajor, Cardassia or Romulus. While in play, whenever you have 2 VIPs matching this homeworld's affiliation present, you may probe:
#: A world divided. Download one dissident, unificationist,  OR Circle personnel to this location or anywhere you have ships.
#: Building a better world. Download one Equipment card and score points.
#Any affiliation icon other than your matching VIPs': Petty infighting. All your personnel on planet are "stopped". Lose points and discard objective.

D[292] Intercept Weapon, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, your personnel may beam aboard empty Dreadnoughts, Weapons Platforms and Attack Satellites (even if they cannot usually admit personnel) and, if Computer Skill present, download Commandeer Ship there. Once ship commandeered, you may disable it permanently and beam your personnel out.

D[256] Join Dominion, Objective
-Plays on table. You may immediately download one Dominion Treaty to table. While in play,  cards may not initiate battle against your cards from one affiliation (your choice). Immediately release all  icon captives in your possession. Opponent must release all captives from targeted affiliation. If target affiliation ever initiates battle against  cards OR captures  icon personnel, discard Objective.

A[102] Kazon Alliance, Objective, 25 points
-Plays on any Delta Quadrant  location. While in play, your Kazon may mix and cooperate with any affiliation and any Kazon sect. If Kazon from five different sects are ever unopposed here with your non-Kazon Diplomacy, score points. Discard objective.
Now exists asThe Kazon Collective.

C[287] Kazon Mining, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on table. When you have a Kazon and an ENGINEER at any unsolved  mission, you may attempt to "mine" it by encountering the first dilemma. When passed, score points (mission is now worth 5 less points). Mining personnel are "stopped".

A[212]Mine Disputed Region, Objective
-Play on any space location that shares no affiliation icon with either of its neighbors. If Anti-Matter Pod dropped here, it affects ship passing by location. Also, requires Transporter Skill x2 to suspend and may no longer be nullified (except by Disruptor Overload).

E[48] Murder Investigation, Objective
-Plays on your facility or ship where one of your personnel was just killed by opposing personnel. If SECURITY and MEDICAL present, you may probe, then discard Objective:
#: Intruder! Any infiltrator aboard is exposed. You may download one hand weapon to your SECURITY.
#: Tracked down and caught. Killer is captured, no matter its current location.
#: The perfect escape. Killer returns to owner's hand, no matter its current location.

F[36] Name Celestial Object, Objective, -10 points
-Plays on table. Opponent immediately names one unique mission not on table by its exact location name (not title). If no such mission exists, opponent loses points. If it does, take it from out-of-play and place it anywhere on the spaceline. It may be attempted by your any affiliation for which you have a facility. (Unique.)

B[108] Order of the Bat'leth, Objective, 5 points
-Plays on table. While in play, at the start of each of your turns, you may download a bat'leth to each of your personnel with Honor. Also, each bat'leth present with an Honor personnel at the Hall of Warriors on Ty'Gokor is worth points to you. (Not cumulative.)

H[168] Organ Harvest, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. When played, immediately download up to 4 Vidiians to your  ship or non-Borg  outpost. While in play, personnel your Vidiians kill in personnel battle are placed next to objective. For each personnel here, your Vidiians are STRENGTH +1. (Unique.)

H[216] Pillage and Destroy, Objective
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, your personnel may "steal" unattended artifacts used as equipment cards present OR, if your Archaeology not present, destroy attended ones where your unused personnel STRENGTH in personnel battle here > 20 (limit: one Artifact destroyed per turn). Bajorans may not destroy Orb artifacts.

C[182] Plans of the Circle, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. You may play Bajoran Civil War on any location where a Circle personnel is present, rather than on the table. The first part of its game text is active there only.  Bajoran OFFICER, SECURITY and Resistance personnel may report there for free. If nullified, all Bajoran Civil Wars in play are as well.

F[167]Plans of the Fourth Order, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, if your Aldara and at least 2 other Galor-class ships adjacent with Bajoran Wormhole, opponent's ships may not pass through wormhole. If any facility present at same location, personnel may not report to it. At any time, discard to download Time to Reconsider and/or Jasad.

C[97] Quest for the Stone of Gol, Objective
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, all  missions requiring Archeology may be attempted by your  personnel if no other affiliation is present. Any artifact acquired here may be replaced by a Stone of Gol from outside the game.

H[55] Raid on Outpost, Objective, 
-Plays on table. At start of your turn, place on your ship. While in play, if your Resistance personnel aboard, you may beam personnel to opponent's Outposts. They may only be beamed out if no opposing personnel remain at the end of any of your turns. While there, Resistance personnel may act as leaders and are STRENGTH +2 vs. personnel of same affiliation as Outpost.

H[93] Reignite Sun, Objective
-Plays on any  mission not part of a region. At the start of your turn, if you have 2 Astrophysics OR Timicin present on a fully staffed ship, you may probe, then discard objective:
#: Success! Mission worth 5 points more once solved.
#: Disaster! Take Supernova from outside the game and play here. Ship may escape to adjacent location if RANGE>10.
#Otherwise: Failure. Mission worth 5 points less once solved.
(Unique.)

D[186] Routine Adjustments, Objective
-Plays on your ship. At the start of each turn, you may "stop" any or all ENGINEER-classification personnel aboard to add +1 RANGE per ENGINEER to your total RANGE for that turn; OR you may "stop" any or all SECURITY-classification personnel aboard to add +1 WEAPONS OR SHIELDS to your total WEAPONS OR SHIELDS for that turn.

G[148] Sabotage Security Grid, Objective, Countdown: 4
-Plays on any homeworld. If you have 6 Computer Skill OR 5 SECURITY OR a 2 compatible infiltrators present, start countdown. Until countdown ends, prevents any HQ cards from being played here and suspends the effects of HQ cards already here.

D[251]Search and Seizure, Objective, 
-Plays on table. At any time, place on a ship docked at your Nor. Your personnel may board it and confiscate (steal) any Equipment there. While your Away Team there, ship may not undock. If ship's crew initiates battle against your Away Team, you may immediately report any number of SECURITY personnel to ship. Discard Objective when ship undocks.

G[16] Starship Development, Objective
-Plays on your homeworld OR shipyards OR Mars. While in play, each turn, if you have ENGINEER present, you may probe:
#: Same model, different options. One ship here gains any one special equipment.
#: New class. Download one  ship of a class not yet in play to this location, except an Advanced,  or NX ship.
#: Breakthrough. Download one Advanced, , NX or unique ship of a class not yet in play to this location. Discard objective.
#Otherwise: Waste of resources. Discard probe card.

I[110]Steal Symbiont, Objective, 
-Seeds or plays on table. When you have an unjoined Trill present with an opposing joined Trill and any MEDICAL personnel, you may "steal symbiont": unjoined Trill becomes joined and gains half the skills of joined Trill (round up, your choice) and joined Trill's CUNNING (if higher); former joined Trill dies. If symbiont represented by a card, steal that card instead.

A[97] Test Allegiance, Objective,  10 points
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, suspends Telepathic Alien Kidnappers. When activated, target three crews and/or Away Teams belonging to any player (at least one of each). One personnel from each group (random selection) is relocated to any planet location without a facility or ship present. Compare their INTEGRITY. Highest scores points. Points stay on personnel as long as it is in play and are transferred to opponent if that personnel is ever discarded.

A[5] The Abandoned, Objective, , 10 points
-Seeds or plays on table. When revealed, play a Young Jem'Hadar on opponent's ship or facility. That Jem'Hadar may not be attacked, only counter-attacked. It may, if at an appropriate Site, allow Dominion ships to dock at this facility. If ship or facility commandeered while that Jem'Hadar aboard, score points.

A[304] Things in Common, Objective, , Countdown: 3
-Seeds of plays on table. While in play, any player with a Treaty on the table cannot be attacked by the other. Also, Infiltrators cannot refuse to attempt missions, and nemesis icons are suspended.

D[224] Trade with Gamma Quadrant, Objective, 5 points
-Seeds or plays on table. At any time, place on your  ship in the Alpha quadrant. If ship's crew or Away Team solves a Gamma quadrant mission, download up to 3 Equipment, Food or Program cards immediately. When Alpha quadrant reached again, score points. Discard objective.

A[230]Undercover, Objective,
-Seeds or plays on table. If your multi-affiliation personnel's affiliation icon(s) after the first one matches that of any of your opponent's ships or facilities, that personnel may act as if that icon were an Infiltration icon of appropriate type and may join that ship or facility's crew and Away Teams.

B[61] Union Rules, Objective, , Countdown: 5
-Plays on table. While in play, Food cards are played like Event cards; Rules of Acquisition cards are suspended; and Program cards played on Holosuites cost the owner 2 points per turn to upkeep. Nullified by Liquidation.

I[55] Visit Dukat Monument, Objective
-Seed one on Cardassia during outpost phase. (Destroyed if Cardassia is assimilated. Unique.) When your unopposed Cardassian Gul OR Damar is present, you may probe:
#: "A great man." Draw one card.
#: "A great leader." Play one card.
#: "We pledge alliegeance..." Download one card.
#: "Bulldoze this thing down." Discard one card.
