ENTRIES
[351] Briok
[352] Briori
[353] Bristow, Fred
[354] brizeen nitrate
[355] broad-spectrum warp field

DREAM CARDS
[351] Briok, Personnel, Ferengi,
"Represenative of Ferengi waiters who worked at Quark's Bar on Deep Space 9. Programmed most of the meals in the bar's replicator. Was not against forming a union."
-CIVILIAN, Cooking, Computer Skill
-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 4

[352] Briori Field Trip, Event,
"The Briori were a Delta Quadrant civilization who long ago abducted people from their planets to use them as slaves. In 2371, the USS Voyager came across a population descended from humans abducted in 1937.
-Plays on any Time Location to relocate all personnel there to any Delta Quadrant planet location, discarding Time Location (and all cards left here) and Event in the process.

[353] Fred Bristow, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Voyager. Had a crush on B'Elanna Torres. She thought him a child after she easily beat him at parrisses squares."
-ENGINEER, Youth; If in play when opponent wins, suspends that victory. Opponent loses 1 point (5 if B'Elanna Torres present), then play resumes;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 7

[354] Enriched Soil, Event
"Grand Nagus Zek gifted 50,000 kilograms of brizeen nitrate, a chemical susbstance used as a soli enhancer, to Bajor in exchange for permission to conduct business negotiations with the Dosi aboard DS9."
-Plays on any Bajor Region OR Terraforming planet location to add Biology to its mission requirements and 5 to its point box.

[355] Inverse Warp Field, Interrupt,
"A subspace bubble capable of interfering with the structure of a quantum fissure. Such a field was emitted by the Shuttlecraft Curie to seal such a fissure that had caused Worf to jump around various quantum realities."
-Plays on any ship at Fissure Research to download up to 4  personnel to it and discard your Alternate Universe Door OR to take Space-Time Portal from discard pile into hand OR to make Fissure Research unattemptable for the next three full turns.

NOTES
[351] Some lore was invented to create this universal Ferengi.
[352] Another way, if a bit convoluted, to get to the Delta Quadant. Also good for stopping timeline disruption, destroying ships and equipment brought (or native to) time location, or sending AUs on filed trips.
[353] Last ditch defense. If your opponent wins with exactly 100 points, he's back down to 99! Won't work every time, but might be worth a try.
[354] Only Bajor Region PLANETS may be targeted. Terraforming missions include Evaluate Terraforming, Terraformed World and any mission modified by Terraforming Station in a previous game. If Biology is already part of the requirements, the card adds an extra level of Biology. The point box boost is not bonus points, and the Borg may target a mission whose points have gone up to an assimilatable level.
[355] Multi-purpose. You can even use opponent's ship for this, even downloading AU personnel to his ship.

ENTRIES
[356] "Broccoli"
[357] "Broken Link"
[358] Brooks, Admiral
[359] Brooks, Ensign Janet
[360] Brokks, Marc

DREAM CARDS
[356] "Broccoli", Personnel, Federation
"Wesley Crusher gave Reginald Barclay the unflattering nickname, "Broccoli". It was not meant kindly, and was unfortunately used at the most inopportune moments."
-ENGINEER. Computer Skill; Nullifies Antigrav where present; SD Barclay Transporter Phobia; X = 2 if Holodeck present;
-INTEGRITY: 5+X, CUNNING:5+X , STRENGTH: 3+X

[357]Broken Link, Dilemma, space/planet
"When a changeling commits a crime against the Founders or Dominion, the Great Link may opt to transform it into a 'solid', severing its ties to the Link."
-Unless Away Team or crew is composed entirely of  personnel, one changeling present (random selection) is no longer a changeling, is "stopped" and may no longer morph. Mission continues.

[358] Admiral Brooks, Personnel, Federation
"Head of inquiry into Dr. Beverly Crusher's activities following the death of Dr. Reyga in 2369. Captain Picard sent him a detailed report of the Enterprise-D's encounter with the Borg named Hugh."
-VIP, Law, Leadership; Once per turn, may stop any of your Away Teams or crews in play after any dilemma;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 5

[359] Janet Brooks, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet ensign. Her husband Marc died in an accident on the Enterprise-D. Under the care of Deanna Troi who helped her even after she had lost her empathic abilities. Got over her husband's death, then realized she hadn't."
-OFFICER, Computer Skill, Music; Once per turn, you may disagree with your own Parallax Arguers if opponent won't;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 5

[360] Marc Brooks, Personnel, Federation, 5 points
"Enterprise-D crewmember. Husband of Janet Brooks, also a Starfleet officer. Close to his 38th birthday."
-ENGINEER, Honor, Computer Skill; Score points if dies before you hit 38 points;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 6

NOTES
[356] This wussy persona of Barclay downloads Transporter Phobia to himself to stop himself from beaming.
[357] A changeling so affected could not morph even if it were one of its skills. Its new species is "former changeling". Th dilemma has no effect on crews and Away Teams with no changelings. Note that Odo will always be affected if the only changeling present.
[358] A counter against dilemma combos that keep telling you "mission continues" until that final wall.
[359] Special ability works like this: You play Arguers saying it's cool. Opponent agrees. You may then disagree and play an Event for free.
[360] n/a

ENTRIES
[361] Brossmer, Chief
[362] "Brothers"
[363] Browder IV
[364] Brower, Ensign
[365] brown dwarf

[362] Factory Recall, Dilemma, space/planet
"On Stardate 44085.7, Data and his brother lore were both summoned to a secret location by their creator Dr. Soong. The two androids had no choice but to obey the beacon."
-Unless Cybernetics present, you must use necessary resources to relocate one android present (random selection) to location of Cybernetics personnel on spaceline (opponent's choice).

[363] Terraforming Supply Run, Mission, planet, Bajoran/Federation/Klingon
Browder IV: Lend manpower and expertise to preliminary terraforming effort.
-Biology + Leadership x2 + (INTEGRITY+CUNNING+STRENGTH>120)
-Span: 3; 35 points; When solved, Terraforming Station may be played from hand here.

[364] Brower, Personnel, Federation, 5 points
"Starfleet ensign assigned to the Enterprise-D's engineering staff. On duty when the Enterprise-D saved the Argus Array in 2367, and when Reginald Barclay's intellect was boosted to the Nth degree."
-ENGINEER, Computer Skill, Stellar Cartography; Score points if helps solve Repair Mission;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 6

[365] Study Brown Dwarf, Mission, space, Any crew may attempt,
Brown dwarf: Study dense dying star in its last stages of life.
-Astrophysics x3 + Stellar Cartography + Youth
-Span: 4; 30 points; If pulled into Black Hole, rate of pull is doubled. (Not cumulative.)

NOTES
[361] Chakotay's Ghost and Borhyas Ro correspond to that description.
[362] Your android must obey the Factory Recall. You must get it to the targeted location by any means possible. You can't simply abandon it on a planet where it is pretty much stopped and forget about. The ship it is on must carry it to the location or at least rendezvous with a ship that can. You can also use such things as the Mysterious Orb to relocate said android. The Cybernetics personnel named by the opponent can belong to any player. If it dies, the dilemma is discarded.
[363] n/a
[364] n/a
[365] Once a brown dwarf is gobbled up by the Black Hole, its mass is so large that the Black Hole is doubled. Instead of sucking up a spaceline location every 4 turns, it does so every 2 turns.

[368] A lot of Brun is conjectural, I admit.
[369] I gave Brunt Weyoun's attributes. Call it an Easter Egg of sorts. Hope that doesn't give him too much Integrity.

Now exists as Bynars Data Transfer.

NOTES
[371] The Net will be a Doorway card that will usually let you instantaniously transport holograms from one copy of The Net to another.
[372] n/a
[373] n/a
[374] His being AU gave me the chance to create a Section 31 personnel (why not?).
[375] Yes, it's a Bynars card. A technological Mindmeld.

ENTRIES
[376] Builders
[377] Bularian canapés
[378] Bulgallian rat
[379] bunny rabbit
[380] Buran, U.S.S.

DREAM CARDS
[376] Builders' Knowledge, Event
"The creators of the Pralor Automated Personel Units of the Delta Quadrant were referred to simply as 'the Builders' by their creations, a race of sentient androids, slightly inferior in design to Soong-type androids."
-Plays on any personnel in the Delta Quadrant. While in play, it gains the skill of Cybernetics. All androids at this spaceline location are attributes -1.

[377] Bulgallian Canapés, Food
"Hors d'oeuvre. Favorite dish of Admiral Alynna Nechayev, who thought they were fattening. You can have too much of a good thing."
-While in play, choose one personnel aboard this ship or facility to be "stopped" at the beginning of every turn. "Stopped" personnel does not participate in battles. Discard at any time to download Alynna Nechayev here. She is STRENGTH +2 for rest of game.

[378] Bulgallian Rat, Personnel, Neutral, .
"Recreation of a frightening (female) animal. Wesley Crusher considered re-creating a Bulgallian rat on the holodeck to prepare himself for the Psych Test portion of the Starfleet Academy entrance exam."
-ANIMAL; May use You Dirty Rat; May nullify any probe result from Psych Test where present; *At start of personnel battle, may disable one Empathy personnel present for that turn
-INTEGRITY: 1, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: *

[379] Head in the Clouds, Event
"Lt. Commander Data once claimed to have imagined a bunny rabbit in the clouds of the FGC-47 nebula. Guinan, on the other hand, said she saw a Samarian coral fish."
-While in play, you may download one ANIMAL per turn to a ship at a nebula. Nullify with Isabella.

[380] USS Buran, Ship, Federation
"Registry number NCC-57580. One of the 39 starships sent to Wolf 359 to battle the Borg in the 2366 incursion. Its name is russian for 'snowstorm'."
-Challenger class[] Tractor Beam; When destroyed, stays on spaceline. If towed to Outpost, repaired in three full turns
-RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 6, SHIELDS: 6

NOTES
[376] Mot's Advice-like card that can only be played in the Delta Quadrant.
[377] At the very least, you have to stop your upkeeping personnel. Note that this protects the personnel from battling, maybe to make sure it's around for a later turn. Even if an enemy Away Team attacks you, it will remain "opposed" as long as the unattackable stopped personnel is present.
[378] The rat may use You Dirty Rat as if it were a shape-shifter. It does not nullify a probe, but a probe "result". By that, I mean the effect a particular probe resulted in, not the icon that was pulled. Its disabling of Empaths is supposed to reflect how the fear engendered in other crewmembers by the rat could incapacitate them.
[379] You can even download ANIMALs to opponent's ships, where they can be a real nuisance. (Think Spot or Tribbles.)
[380] Using this ship keeps you safe from Borg looking to salvage something from your discard pile (among other things).

ENTRIES
[381] Buranian
[382] Burke, Lieutenant
[383] Burke
[384] Burleigh, Beatrice
[385] Burleigh, Henry

DREAM CARDS
[381] Buranian Pottery, Artifact
"Pottery from planet Marlonia of the Buralian archeological period classification. Very similar to early Taguan designs, leading archeologists to draw a link between the two peoples."
-Use as Equipment card. When acquired, choose two non-Borg affiliations. They become interchangeable at this location.

[382] Lieutenant Burke, Personnel, Federation
"Tactical officer aboard the Enterprise-D during the Starfleet battle simulation exercise of 2365. Unwittingly allowed Wesley Crusher to smuggle anti-matter to the Hathaway."
-SECURITY, Physics, Transporter Skill; One ship at this location (other than the one he is aboard) is WEAPONS +1;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 7

[383] Burke, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet officer who fought on Ajilon Prime in 2373 during a minor skirmish with the Klingons. Was ready to sacrifice himself for the rest of his squad to escape up a ramp to a hopper."

-INTEGRITY: 9, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 8

[384]Beatrice and Henry, Personnel, Federation, .
"Recreations of Lord Burleigh's children from holonovel program Janeway Lambda-1. Beatrice liked playing the piano. Henry was good at math. Neither thought much of their new governess, played by Captain Kathryn Janeway."
-Beatrice: CIVILIAN, Youth, Music
-Henry: CIVILIAN, Youth; May nullify any Love Interest where present, "stopping" target personnel
-INTEGRITY: 6+6, CUNNING: 4+5, STRENGTH: 2+1

[385] Holographic Brats, Dilemma, space
"In Holonovel program Janeway Lambda-1, the two starring children proved to be a little tough to handle. Consequently, Janeway stopped playing the simulation after a while."
-If Holodeck present, unless one personnel present (random selection) has INTEGRITY>7, discard one Program card or  icon card present (random selection).

NOTES
[381] In essence, allows, for example, Feds to use Klingon ships, equipment, missions and battle restrictions, and vice-versa.
[382] May boost a ship's abilities if on a facility.
[383] The extra ability only lets you report normally at start of your turn, not at the moment of "opposition".
[384] If Henry nullifies a Love Interest dilemma, the target personnel is stopped instead of relocated.
[385] When making the random selection, shuffle together all holographic personnel, equipment and Program cards together. When Voyager began, Janeway's holonovel was going to be a regular feature, but the Jane Eyre-like story proved to be a little boring so they dropped it. No explanation was given on the show, so I offer mine. ;-)

ENTRIES

-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 4, STRENGTH: 8

NOTES
[386] Chakotay's Ghost and Borhyas Ro are boosted by Lord Burleigh.
[387] n/a
[388] Damned if you do, damned if you don't. The only way to pass this unscathed is to have equal amounts of Treachery and Honor (or not have the targeted personnel).
[389] If there is no ship to take back the ENGINEER, it is killed.
[390] If he doubles Type II Phaser for example, he gets +4 STRENGTH. No one else does, just him.

[397] Byron, Lord
[398] Byzallians
[399] Byzatium transports

DREAM CARDS
[396] Daniel Byrd, Personnel, Federation,
"Academy friend of Harry Kim's. In an alternate reality created in 2372 when Kim's shuttle intersected a timestream, Ensign Byrd took Kim's place as operations officer aboard the USS Voyager."
-OFFICER, Youth, SCIENCE, Stellar Cartography; At start of every turn, may trade places with Harry Kim in play;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 6

[397] She Walks in Beauty, Interrupt
"Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and bright

[399] Byzatium Transport, Ship, Non-Aligned,
"Cargo ship hired by many races. Often off-loaded cargo at station Deep Space 9. Offers largest storage space in Alpha Quadrant."
-Transport[] Tractor Beam; Equipment may report aboard
-RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 3, SHIELDS: 8

NOTES
[396] n/a
[397] An odd one. As to which females have black hair, I think it's pretty obvious from the cards. For pictureless AtoZ cards (for personnel who have never been seen, or aren't memorable), always assume Vulcans, Romulans and Cardassians to have black hair, and other races not to. "Special game text" on a Mission card is the text in addition to mission requirements. The "Beauty" brings the target ability with her where ever she goes. She cannot use abilities related to points, mission attempts or seeding. When game text reads "when you solve", that effect occurs at Beauty's location as well as mission location, cumulatively if at the same location (if possible). You may only choose game text which is facing you. Examples: Extends "no ship-to-ship beaming" of Quash Conspiracy to any location, no outposts may be built at same location if Tarchannen Study chosen, relocated android-less ships as per Paxan "Wormhole".
[398] Affiliations present are those whose icon is showing on at least one personnel aboard. The objective is discarded if the Nor is ever destroyed.
