NOTES
[101] The Interface Probe is Neutral in any case.
[102] The Mariposa may download Colony to any planet it lands on. It may not take off again using its game text, though it could theoretically use an Event to allow it to do so. Clone Machine may not play on this ship.
[103] Mariposa is a broken link on the Clone Machine card.
[104] n/a
[105] His last name comes from a PADD in "Hunters".

ENTRIES
[106] Markalian smugglers
[107] marker beacon
[108] Markoffian sea lizard
[109] Markov
[110] Markson, Ensign

DREAM CARDS
[106] Smuggling Ring, Incident,
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, once per turn, you may report one Smuggling personnel to your freighter for free; any Equipment cards present with your Smuggling personnel may be relocated at start of any turn to any other Smuggling personnel's location; any mission you seeded that requires Smuggling is +5 points unless opposing Law personnel present.

[107] Marker Beacon, Event
"Brilliant stobe lights located on the hulls of many starships, intended to aid other vessels in visually locating it. They may be set to warn away."
-Plays on your ship. While in play, opponent may not play event or interrupt cards on this ship. (Immune to Kevin Uxbridge.)

[108] MarQoffian Sea Lizard, Q-Event
"I could just as easily have chosen to become a Markoffian sea lizard..."
-Unless Mortal Q present, place on one personnel present (random selection) until any Q-Flash. That personnel's classification changes to ANIMAL (is considered an aquatic animal) and each human personnel present is worth -2 points.

[109] Exists as Aftermath.

[110] Markson, Personnel, Federation,
"Typical member of USS Enterprise-D crew circa 2370. One of the many crewmembers dated by Alyssa Ogawa that didn't make the final cut."
-SCIENCE, Biology; Select one MEDICAL female personnel in play at start of each turn to double all its skills (not cumulative);
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 5

NOTES
[106] The card only works with freighters, not with any other kind of merchant ship. You may relocate your Equipment cards to your opponent's location, though it doesn't mix with their Away Team or crew. Your opponent may solve your Smuggling missions for the +5 points unless your own Law is present.
[107] Opponent may of course play events and interrupts on personnel and equipment ABOARD the ship.
[108] Some cards in AtoZ actually work with Aquatic ANIMALs. Note that the point loss is only temporary.
[109] n/a

NOTES
[111] In "Rascals", this was the planet Picard and co. were returning from when they were turned into kids. You could play Rascals on your own ship if you really wanted to.
[112] Many portions of Tea would indeed stop multiple personnel, but you'd have to use different females each time.
[113] n/a
[114] I was pretty generous to him considering he had zero screen time ;-).
[115] If Lore is in play, the dilemma could be worth 20 points!

-Span: 1; 40 points; Your side: Once per game, one Borg Cube may report here; Opponent's side: All opposing ships present are attacked by WEAPONS=8 each turn.

NOTES
[116] An over-simple way of allowing Data to "call him up". Renny died in 2336, which is sufficiently far in the past to warrant an AU icon.
[117] Devidia II is the Premiere mission Investigate Time Continuum.
[118] Thought it'd be funny to make this guy the Cardassian equivalent of Captain Kirk.
[119] n/a
[120] Ships attacked by the built-in Weapons here have nothing against which to rettaliate, even if the other player's ships are here. When solving the mission, all your ships at the location count toward meeting the requirements, but one ship must be the "solving ship".

ENTRIES
[121] Mars
[122] Marseilles
[123] Marta community
[124] Martian Colonies
[125] Martin, Dr.

DREAM CARDS
[121] Exists as Reunion.

[122] Training Base, Event
"Just as Starfleet keeps a training base in Marseilles, France, so do other affiliations keep such bases all over their territories."
-Plays on your  mission. Thrice per game, you may, at the start of your turn, download one personnel matching one of the affiliation icons on this mission (or Thomas Paris) to this location. (Not cumulative.)

[123] Fake Address, Interrupt
"When William T. Riker was captured while infiltrating Malcorian society as Rivas Jakara, he listed the Marta community as his residence."
-Plays when your infltrator is about to be exposed. Nullifies the card exposing that infiltrator OR makes any personnel exposing that infiltrator return to hand. (Once per game, per infiltrator.)

[124] Pioneer Ancestors, Event
"Many of Starfleet's best had ancestors who settled the first Martian Colonies, including Jean-Luc Picard, Tom Paris, and, oops, not Kathryn Janeway."
-Plays on Reunion. You attempt mission with the following requirements: Jean-Luc Picard OR Tom Paris OR Any personnel with Mars in lore.

[125] Dr. Martin, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet doctor aboard USS Enterprise who replaced Beverly Crusher while she was in a coma induced by a telepathic invasion."
-MEDICAL, Biology x2;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 6

NOTES
[121] n/a
[122] Sure, you could have more than one Training Base, but you could never download more than 3 personnel in all.
[123] In other words, it might nullify Caught Red-Handed, but would make Kira Nerys return to hand if exposing Kira Founder (you cannot "nullify" a personnel card).
[124] It works the same as usual, with one requirement being worth 15 points, but all 3 worth 40. You cannot mix and match between these requirements and the original ones, though you can still use the originals. Janeway discovered in "11:59" that her ancestor in fact did not go to Mars.
[125] A big x2 mission specialist.

ENTRIES
[126] Martin, Ensign
[127] Martis
[128] Martok, General
[129] Martuk

[128] Exists as Martok.

"When Kirs Nerys commanded the USS Yangtzee Kiang on a mission to rescue Li Nalas, she gave the runabout a nonexistant Lissepian designation."
-Danube Class[] May not be attacked by  ships

-Your side: Obsidian Order OR SECURITY x3 OR Benjamin Sisko; Opponent's side: 2  icon personnel
-Span: 3; 30 points

NOTES
[126] Target cards must utilise the Transporter Skill in some way.
[127] She can only download the Voyager expansion version of Kes.
[128] n/a
[129] The TMP Starship Enterprise opened up the can of worms that is ship personae, and so the Yangtzee Kiang can be turned into the Martuk. Cardassian ships may still rettaliate and counterattack. Kira Nerys IS matching commander.
[130] I phrased the lore so that either side of the card could be respected, whether it's the Card/Fed rendezvous or the Maquis getting rid of the informant.

ENTRIES

[132] Masaka's city
[133] Masaka
[134] Masefield, John

[135] Mashed Potatoes With Butter, Food

-While in play, your Ocampa personnel present are all STRENGTH +1 (cumulative up to +4). Elogium may play for free here.

NOTES
[131] Kind of a Voyager for the GQ though no personnel yet to specifically staff it.
[132] The ship is acquired like an Artifact.
[133] n/a
[134] The quote on the Defiant's plaque was pulled from John Masefield's "Sea Fever" (also quoted by Kirk in "The Ultimate Computer" and Star Trek V).
[135] Kes ate a LOT of mashed potatoes when she started going through elogium, explaining the game text.

ENTRIES
[136] masking circuitry
[137] "Masks"
[138] "Masterpiece Society, The"
[139] Mataline II
[140] materialization error

[138] Masterpiece Society, Event, 25 points
"On stardate 45470.1, the USS Enterprise offered help to a perfectly planned, genetically engineered society on Moab IV."
-Plays on your Colony; its points are canceled and it scores no further points. If one personnel of each classification (except ANIMAL) is ever unopposed there for a full turn, score points.

[139] Purchase Musical Instrument, Mission, planet, Any Away Team may attempt
Mataline II: Find and purchase malleable keyboard from artisan.
-Music x2 + Acquisition + INTEGRITY>30 OR Neela Darren
-Span: 4; 35 points

[140] Materialization Error, Dilemma, space
"Failure of a holodeck matter conversion system, which can cause the loss of solid objects within the holodeck environment."
-Unless 3 ENGINEER and 3 Computer Skill present, place on ship if it has a Holodeck (otherwise, discard). At the end of each player's turn, one Program OR Holoprogram OR  icon card is discarded (your choice).

NOTES
[136] As long as a ship is made visually invisible, I'm gonna call it a cloaking device.
[137] Masaka counts as a male, but also counts as a female, plus as an android and a queen.
[138] Another way of playing with Colony. Since it mentions classifications, you must have 7 personnel there, no doubling up using upper case skills.
[139] I always like to include missions for lesser skills.
[140] Your choice goes towards the specific card, not merely which category of card is discarded.

ENTRIES
[141] Mathenites
[142] Matopin rock fungi
[143] matrix diodes
[144] matrix overlay program
[145] "Matter of Honor, A"

-Seeds or plays on table. Once per turn, you may place one VIP here. At any time, you may return all cards here to one location in play and discard event. (Unique.)

[142] Matopin Rock Fungi, Food
"Type of edible fungus used in salads. A little trick Quark discovered in the catering business. Deemed acceptable by Hagath."
-While in play, your personnel present with STRENGTH<6 are STRENGTH +4.

[143] Holodeck Take-Over, Dilemma, space
"When Professor Moriarty took over the USS Enterprise's holodeck for the second time, he let them believe there was matrix diode malfunction."
-If this ship has a Holodeck, unless 4 Computer Skill OR Sherlock Holmes present, opponent may download up to 2  icon personnel to this ship (they are "active", but do not attack now).

[144] Matrix Overlay, Interrupt
"When the Doctor contracted serious memory fragmentation, the Jupiter Station diagnostics program overlaid his healthy matrix on top of the faulty one."
-Plays on your hologram to keep it from being destroyed or erased by discarding another  personnel present; rescued hologram's attributes and skills are all doubled until end of next full turn. (Not cumulative.)

[145] Will Son of Kyle, Personnel, Klingon
"As part of an officer exchange program, William T. Riker served aboard the IKC Pagh. Later commanded it against the USS Enterprise."
-OFFICER, Leadership, Honor, Anthropology x2, SECURITY; SD Any Klingon Food card; X=2 vs.
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 8+X

NOTES
[141] These personnel are off the spaceline and are only considered in play for purposes of uniqueness.
[142] If a hand weapon or other card takes STRENGTH above 5, that personnel may not make use of the Fungi.
[143] Works like Undetected Beam-In, except with holograms.
[144] You can't play this unless the hologram is actually heading for the discard pile (i.e. not when deactivated by being "killed").
[145] Klingon Food cards mention that species in either lore or game text.

ENTRIES
[146] "Matter of Perspective, A"
[147] "Matter of Time, A"
[148] matter stream
[149] matter/antimatter reaction chamber
[150] Maturin

DREAM CARDS
[146] A Matter of Perspective, Interrupt
"When Dr. Apgar's death was investigated, none of the witnesses remembered events in exactly the same way, leading to some confusion."
-Nullifies Drumhead OR Extradition. OR Frees one captive from opponent's Brig (returns to your facility). OR Plays on your personnel with Law; it may capture one opposing personnel present.

[147] Pocketed, Interrupt, 5 points
"When Berlingoff Rasmussen came aboard the Enterprise posing as a historian from the future, noone realized he was actually a thief from the past."
-Plays on your thief OR Vorgon to "steal" one Equipment card (your choice) present. You may use that Equipment card as your own OR discard it and score points.

[148] Lost in the Matter Stream, Dilemma, space
"On stardate 46041.1, crew members from the USS Yosemite were caught in their transporters' matter streams, from where they startled Lt. Barclay."
-Unless 3 ENGINEER and Biology present, plays on ship. The next 2 personnel to beam to or from this ship are in stasis (then discard dilemma). Cure with Barclay's Transporter Phobia.

[149] Enhanced Warp Core, Event
"Voyager's warp core was designed to operate for up to 3 years without refueling. Its reaction chamber allowed dilithium to be recrystalized."
-Plays on your ship. Its RANGE may not be reduced by any means. You may discard at any time to download Temporal Vortex, Distortion of Space/Time Continuum or Transwarp Conduit to this ship.

[150] Maturin, Personnel, Federation
"Governor of the Caldos colony. Although not from Earth, had great appreciation for Scotland's heritage and moved to the planet's re-creation."
-VIP, Anthropology, Archaeology, Music; Any Scotty or any Beverly may report where present (for free)
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 3

NOTES
[146] Escorted personnel not yet in the Brig may not be freed by this card.
[147] A thief is mentioned as such in the lore. In Decipher's sets, there are only 2 thieves: Berlingoff Rasmussen and the mirror Bareil. Equipment discarded for points goes to the bonus point area.
[148] The next 2 personnel beamed need not beam together, nor need they be yours (you could trick your opponent into beaming here). The cure will bring personnel out of stasis and/or remove the dilemma prematurely.
[149] When any card indicates RANGE is reduced, those minuses to do not count (including damage markers). When not using a Battle Bridge side-deck, the standard damage penalty of dropping a ship's RANGE to 5 does not apply.
[150] I'd have liked to make that "any Howard woman", but Bev's cards simply don't mention her as such.
