-Span: 3; Points for Study Significant Defeat do not count; When owner's AU Door open, flip over.

[254] Archon's Verdict, Dilemma, planet
"In Cardassian law, the verdict is known before the trial begins. The trial serves only to show the Cardassian people that justice does exist. Only once has the verdict been changed by an archon, or presiding judge."
-Unless Makbar OR Odo OR Law x3 present, opponent may kill one of your captured personnel, placing it out-of-play. (Discard dilemma.)

[255] USS Arcos, Ship, Federation, 5 points
"Federation freighter that suffered a warp containment breach near Tarkana IV in 2367. The crew was captured on the planet surface by the Alliance."
-Freighter[] For each crewmember captured by opponent, score points; SD Escape Pod
-RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 5, SHIELDS: 5

NOTES
[251] Only one of the ships actually attempts the mission and faces dilemmas. All three ships must have moved to adjacent (or farther) location before points can be scored. You insert it next to Archanis Dispute even if it comes to table later, relocating Withdraw Forces appropriately.
[252] In the spirit of DS9/Terek Nor, I've listed this flip card as two different cards. Flips over to become Archer IV(card A253). You cannot play one side when your opponent has already seeded the other. Wartime Conditions must be on table, not played from hand.
[253] Flips over to become Study Significant Defeat (card A252). You cannot play one side when your opponent has already seeded the other. When flipped over, points no longer figure face up on table and no longer count for solving player.
[254] n/a
[255] A "captured crewmember" is a personnel that is captured while aboard the ship or as part of its Away team. The points remain even if it is released.

ENTRIES

-Geology + Acquisition x2 + Greed + CUNNING>35

-INTEGRITY: 1, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 6

"Viral disease. On Stardate 48579, the USS Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram suspected that Lieutenant Hargrove might have the Arethian flu."
-Place on a Site on this ship (random selection). That Site is quarantined. At the start of each of your turns, another Site is quarantined (random selection) and so on, until cured with 3 MEDICAL and one medical-related equipment.

NOTES
[256] n/a
[257] n/a
[258] I thought it was innovative enough to have a Ferengi-only mission without adding doo-dads.
[259] Ardra morphs into holograms, but is never considered a hologram. If she is killed while morphed into K'Tesh for example, the K'Tesh card is deactivated (returns to ship) and Ardra (even if in hand) is discarded. She cannot report to holo-grids, nor does she need a Holodeck or Holo-Projectors to morph.
[260] The cure can be anywhere on the ship, cleaning all affected Sites simultaneously. A quarantined site is subject to all the rules relating to quarantined ships. When all sites are quarantined, the entire ship is. If no Site exists on ship, dilemma is discarded with no effect.

ENTRIES

[263] Ferengi Explosive, Event
"Argine was the explosive used in a Ferengi locator bomb intended to kill Quark when he served as the grand nagus in 2369."

"Some substances, like the hazardous chemical argonite, are very valuable, but may be radioactive and/or volatile and dangerous to humanoids."
-May only seed at space missions on which a ship is pictured. Joins Away Team or crew as Equipment. May be brought back to matching facility to score points (place in bonus point area). At the end of each of your turns, unless 4 ENGINEER present, kills one personnel present.

NOTES
[261] Look for Joret Dal to be able to work with the Federation.
[262] An AU site? Well, this is the shop Quark wanted to build when Garak's store blew up. He never did, so it's alternate universe.
[263] Locator Bomb will be a dilemma. Note that the second function can be used on the Ferengi Trading Outpost where your opponent has been unceremoniously reporting his or her personnel without a thought to your feelings.
[264] Anyone may attempt, just not an entirely Non-Aligned crew.
[265] An Away Team can choose to leave the dilemma on the planet, where it can be picked up later, even by your opponent. It functions like Equipment, but is immune to Disruptor Overload.

"The Argrathi method of punishment consists in implanting memories of incarceration into the accused's brain. In 2372, Miles O'Brien was accused of espionnage and implanted with the memory of a 20-year prison sentence."
-Unless 2 Law present, target one personnel present (opponent's choice), then probe:
#: Short sentence. Target personnel is "stopped" until the end of your next turn.
#: Long sentence. Target personnel loses all but first two listed skills.
#: Looooooooooong sentence. Target personnel dies. Lose points. (Discard dilemma on any other probe result.)

NOTES
[266] n/a
[267] n/a
[268] Owner may choose to stun rather than mortally wound, but it'll be hard avoiding the end of battle kill.
[269] A "matching" Espionnage card is a card that starts with your attempting affiliation's name. Ex: If Romulans are attempting, any Romulan on... espionnage card will do the trick. It can be played as an interrupt and discarded upon mission solving. (No need to play it before all the dilemmas are cleared; it's a mission requirement, not an attempt requirement.)
[270] The Away Team is still stopped by the lack of Law x2, no matter what the probe result.

-SCIENCE, Astrophysics x2, Navigation x2; While aboard a ship, it is not stopped by Bajoran Wormhole;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 5

NOTES
[276] n/a
[277] She does not have to be present or even at the same spaceline location to exercise her option to nullify Matriarchal Society.
[278] You can turn the play of this ship into a what if scenario. :-)
[279] You can get pesky Romance dilemmas off her, effectively unstopping her. Conversion to INTEGRITY bonus lasts for the rest of the game. The matching green nemesis icon is on Draim.
[280] Arjin is not a joined Trill.

ENTRIES
[281] Arkaria Base
[282] Arkarian water fowl
[283] Arlin, Lysia
[284] "Armageddon Game"
[285] Armens, Treaty of

DREAM CARDS
[281] Baryon Sweep, Mission, space/planet, Federation
-Arkaria base: Shmooze with base commander while ship gets sweeped for baryon particles.
-Physics + OFFICER x2 + Baryon Buildup on empty ship
-Span: 2; 35 points; Discard Baryon Buildup when you solve.

[282] Arkarian Water Fowl, Personnel, Neutral,
"Ornithoid species native to planet Arkaria. The birds' mating habits were regarded as interesting, at least according to Commander Calvin Hutchinson."
-ANIMAL; May be switched with a non-beverage Food card from hand regardless of its location; Calvin Hutchinson's CUNNING +1 where present (Cumulative); SD Arkarian Water Fowl

[284]I Know My Husband!, Event

-Plays on table. If your personnel's wife or ex-wife in play, protects that personnel from Love Interest and Romance dilemmas, Jamaharon, Alien Groupie, Argrathi Prison System and Framed for Murder. Discard to expose an infiltrator posing as that personnel.

[285]Treaty of Armens, Incident
-Play during Facility phase to force your opponent to relocate just seeded Outpost. If opponent refuses (which he or she may) or is unable to do so, you may seed The Sheliak face up on spaceline end farthest from that outpost. The Sheliak automatically targets that outpost. If opponent complies, you may seed your in-hand Sheliak at any planet location other than at the outpost's new location.

NOTES
[281] A reason to play Baryon Buildup on yourself? Meta-game-wise, your opponent will think twice before Baryoning you if Baryon Sweep is on the spaceline. The Baryon Buildup discarded is of course the one on the ship. If there is more than one on the same ship, they are all discarded.
[282] The Water Fowl becomes a tasty meal. It can download its mate. And will itself be downloadable by Hutchinson.
[283] n/a
[284] The Event affects ALL of the married couples in play on your side of the table. Gives an incentive to use Keiko, Beverly Picard, Giral, etc. The discard to expose an infiltrator (read: O'Brien Founder) is voluntary, not automatic.
[285] Counters a number of strategies like seeding artifacts at your outpost's location, seeding few or no planet missions, and seeding multiple outposts (since you can target a second outpost even if opponent complies). Also note that your Sheliak that has to wait for the Facility phase still gets to be seeded. If there are no available planets to seed it, it has to be mis-seeded. Sorry.

ENTRIES

[289] Avian ANIMALs are those that are described as birds or fowl.

ENTRIES
[291] Arneb

-While in play, hand weapons, Echo Papa 607 Killer Drone and Antimatter Pods may report at this facility, ship or site, (for free if Acquisition present).

NOTES
[291] The new skill only lasts as long as the Youth personnel is at, or adjacent to, this location.
[292] Like the Bajoran Wormhole does for the Gamma Quadrant, the way to the Delta Quad is through the Array. Note that I've made it a one-way trip (the Caretaker himself will be able to bring you back). The number of species is there so that it's actually worth it for the Caretaker to kidnap a ship. Why the Maquis ship and not Evek's Galor (in the pilot)? Because the Maquis had humans, Vulcans, Klingons and Bajorans. Evek's ship had Cardassians only.
[293] Your Bajoran Wormhole is one you played.
[294] n/a
[295] To mirror the show, look for the Minos mission to have a built-in Holodeck.

[298] Quantum Singularities, Event
"Romulan ships use synthetically created microscopic black holes as their power source for warp drive, rather than the conventional matter/antimatter warp core design. Once enabled, they cannot be deactivated."

[299] Create Artificial Wormhole, Mission, space, Any aligned crew may attempt

[297] With 4 ENGINEERs, the ship can take off without Establish Landing Protocols or Engage Shuttle Operations. The crew is unharmed by the dilemma. If there is no adjacent planet, the dilemma is discarded with no effect. Up to you to seed it well.
[298] You have to refer to relevant events, interrupts and dilemmas to figure this one out. If a card says "except Borg ship(s)", then immunity to it can be shared. Right now, that's just Into the Breach, Plasma Fire and Warp Core Breach, but look for more in AtoZ.
[299] Non-Aligned only crews may not attempt.
