-Span: 5; 35 points; No dilemmas requiring STRENGTH may seed here.

NOTES
[61] Janeway's classification is SCIENCE instead of OFFICER and that skill disappears from her skill box.
[62] n/a
[63] The lore is a collection of (untypable) musical notes. Dissonant ones. The Q-Dilemma looks like a Ressikan deck hoser (and it is), but it's also an I Am Not a Merry Man attractor that let's all your other Q-cards hit.
[64] The special ability means that if he receives Reflection Therapy, Mot's Advice or Frame of Mind, he can use both skills as a means of getting mission specialist bonuses. The limit of one such bonus per specialist stands, however.
[65] I don't believe such seeding restrictions have ever appeared on a card before.

ENTRIES
[66] Alawanir Nebula
[67] Alba Ra

-OFFICER, Navigation (x2 if another member of Nova Squadron present); While in play, Nick Locarno may work with
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 5

NOTES
[66] A difficult card to design as it looks a lot like Study Nebula. Making it part of a region may alter its appeal, as might the free card play. It is from the "Rightful Heir" episode which starred Kahless.
[67] A counterpart to Ooby Dooby.
[68] A dilemma will eventually make its way into AtoZ that will transform males (random selection) into Taresians susceptible to Captain Alben's power.
[69] n/a
[70] As one of the only two Trek characters with my last name, I wanted to do good by this guy. Is OFFICER too much for a cadet? Nova Squadron members include Wesley Crusher, Nick Locarno, Sito Jaxa and Jean Hajar.

-INTEGRITY: 1, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 7
Now exists as The Albino.

[73] Alcia, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"First prelate of the planet Drayan II in the Delta Quadrant. Supported her culture's isolationist policy but visited the Voyager in 2372 because she was intrigued with the lost ship's plight."

-Play on any dilemma that has just killed one of more of your personnel. The next time that dilemma is encountered, it is discarded with no effect.

NOTES
[71] The other Trek character with my last name. I pay homage to that in the lore.
[72] The red right-facing Nemesis icon is found on Kang.
[73] A Delta Quadrant Mirasta Yale, she joins the Away Team as soon as she is revealed.
[74] An Adapt card for all players. The danger? That your opponent discovers the next Armus and goes through unharmed.
[75] A common dilemma which won't hit a lot (except against Enterprise-E-heavy Away Teams, redshirts and the Borg), but could hose players who never lose any personnel. And do you really wanna Duranja that Bajoran knowing this is out there?

[77] n/a
[78] n/a
[79] Some fun. Check card lore for family relationships. Ex: Worf and Kurn are Mogh's sons, Alexander is Worf's, Deanna Troi is Lwaxana's daughter, etc. And yes, there are beneficial uses to this facility.

[82] This is the planet where Aldebaran Music Academy may be played.
[83] n/a
[84] n/a
[85] Always loved the Barbering cards. Here's another.

ENTRIES
[86] algae puffs
[87] Algira sector
[88] Algorian ceremonial rhythms
[89] Algorian mammoth
[90] Alixia

DREAM CARDS
[86] Algea Puffs, Food
"Boil algea until dark. Spread on both sides of pre-prepared dough. Shape into squares roughly 3 cm to a side and 1 cm in thickness. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade. Let cool. Serve."
-While in play, any planet with a number higher than IV in its name is unattemptable without any Kit present.

[87] Find Lost Runabout, Mission, space, Cardassian/Federation
Algira Sector: Search region of space for a lost Federation runabout.
-Tractor Beam + Navigation x2 + OFFICER
-Span: 4; 25 points; Any Runabout may be seeded here and used by solving player.

[88] Algorian Ceremonial Rhythms, Interrupt

-If your Music personnel is held captive, download Rescue Captives OR Hail OR Shakespeare's Own Words; OR If you have 5 Diplomacy aboard any ship at a mission location that requires Diplomacy, discard first dilemma encountered.

[89] Algorian Mammoth, Personnel, Neutral,
"Large animal. Dr. Julian Bashir told Garak that 30cc's of triptacederin would anesthesize one. This one is female."
-ANIMAL; May not travel in ships that may not carry shuttlecraft; May not walk between sites; Unaffected by Hypospray.
-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 1, STRENGTH: 18

[90] Alixia, Personnel, Non-Aligned, .
"Sister to Neelix. Often went exploring with her brother. Visited the Caves of Touth and the equatorial dust shrouds. Hunted arctic spiders."
-CIVILIAN, Youth; Attributes all +2 on any planet surface; Neelix is STRENGTH +3 when present; Nullifies Arctic Spiders (scoring points).
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

NOTES
[86] While Neelix prepared these, I have not slapped the Delta Quadrant icon on them. I figure algae pretty much grows everywhere. The planets targeted are considered hostile to humanoid life and include (but are not limited to) Access Relay Station (Callinon VII), Cargo Rendezvous (Beltane IX) and Sarthong Plunder. Only a handful of missions are actually affected, no more than reason for a free card play.
[87] Lets even the Cardassians use Runabouts (Runabout, USS Danube, USS Rio Grande and USS Yangtzee Kiang).
[88] Second function: If this is a planet location, the Diplomacy personnel must still be aboard ship while an Away Team attempts the mission.
[89] The Encyclopedia lists a number of animals used in the show only in comparisons ("as blind as a Tiberian bat", for example). This gives me a chance to add to our menagerie. The Mammoth is mostly an aid to personnel battles. Hypospray may not be used on it for either effect (good or bad) due to its mass. Silly, I know.
[90] Reminder: Outposts are in space.

ENTRIES
[91] Alixus
[92] alizine
[93] Alkar, Ambassador Ves
[94] "All Good Things..."
[95] allamaraine

DREAM CARDS
[91] Technophobes, Dilemma, planet
"A colony on Orellius was led by Alixus, a prolific writer and philosopher who felt that technology has been the undoing of modern society."
-Unless 3 Leadership and STRENGTH>35, place on mission. Until mission is solved, all Equipment, androids and Exocomps here are disabled and no personnel may beam off.

[92] Allergic Reaction, Dilemma, planet
"Traveling to other worlds often means putting oneself into contact with alien atmospheres and ecosystems. Some travelers may develop allergic reactions to these foreign elements. Prudent medics will bring alizine along to counter these."
-Unless Hypospray OR MEDICAL and Biology present, one personnel is targeted with allergy (random selection). That personnel and all personnel of the same species with STRENGTH<7 are stopped. Mission continues. Discard dilemma.

[93] Exists as Ves Alkar.

[94] All Good Things..., Q-Interrupt
"'... must come to an end.'"
-Immediately bring all three Anti-Time time locations on the spaceline from outside the game if necessary (from opponent's deck or collection). Opponent must download Anti-Time Anomaly to the table. Their game text is activated. All personnel present are split (your choice) into three Away teams at these three locations. End Q-Flash. If Anti-Time Anomaly was already on the table, shuffle it into opponent's Q-Continuum side-deck. If encountered at any time, game ends.

[95] Chula: Allamaraine!, Dilemma, space/planet
"The Chula-specific word, Allamaraine, was shouted by Falow each time the players moved to another shap, or level."
-Unless Leadership present, you may seed one card anywhere on the spaceline, face down. Personnel and equipment are added to Away Team or crew when they are encountered. Ships are acquired like artifacts.

NOTES
[91] An alternative to Duonetic Field Generator, much like Yuta is an alternative to Microvirus.
[92] Original target personel may have STRENGTH over 7.
[93] n/a
[94] All the cards brought into play through All Good Things... must come from the Q-Continuum side deck owner's cards since that player stocked this Q-Interrupt to be met by his or her opponent.
[95] A reverse-dilemma which gives life to those dilemmas and artifacts in your hand thanks to Regenerate. Dilemmas and Artifacts are encountered/acquired normally. Events, Interrupts, et al. are mis-seeds.

Now exists as The Guardian.

[97] Test Allegiance, Objective,  10 points
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, suspends Telepathic Alien Kidnappers. When activated, target three crews and/or Away Teams belonging to any player (at least one of each). One personnel from each group (random selection) is relocated to any planet location without a facility or ship present. Compare their INTEGRITY. Highest scores points. Points stay on personnel as long as it is in play and are transferred to opponent if that personnel is ever discarded.

Now exists as Emblem of the Alliance.

NOTES
[96] The universal allasomorph can morph into either Salia or Anya.
[97] Personnel so captured may battle once the INTEGRITY comparison is made, but must respect affiliation battle restrictions.
[98] n/a
[99] n/a
[100] Treat the Mirror icon as an AU icon in most cases (for timeline disruption and such). The Mirror universe doorway must be on the table to use these cards however.
