[3] ja'chuq
[4] Ja'Dar, Dr.
[5] Ja'rod

DREAM CARDS
[1] Exists as J'Ddan.

[2] Non-Gender Specific, Event
"The J'naii culturally surpressed their gender differentiation, having evolved beyond the need for it, their young incubating in husks."
-Plays on your androgynous or neuter personnel. Where present, you may ignore (discard) any gender-specific dilemma as if you were Borg.

[3] Ja'chuq, Dilemma, space/planet, 5 points
"To delay the Klingon Rite of Succession following K'mpec's death in 2367, Picard forced the applicants to list all the battles they had fought."
-Unless 4 Honor OR Law present, all personnel present are "stopped". Either way, players must compare the number of ships in their discard piles. Player with the fewest scores points. Discard dilemma.

[4] Dr. Ja'Dar, Personnel, Federation
"Scientist from planet Bilana III. Designer of revolutionary soliton wave propulsion system, tested for the first time in 2368."
-SCIENCE, ENGINEER, Physics x2; SD Soliton Wave; Scores 5 points if helps solve Test Soliton Wave
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 3

[5] Exists as Ja'rod.

NOTES
[1] n/a
[2] Gender becomes irrelevant. The Exocomp is a neuter. Soren is androgynous. You may also select these "genders" for your Soong-Type Android.
[3] Whether you get stopped or not, you have to compare the number of ships in each discard pile. If both players have the same amount of discarded ships, no one scores the points.
[4] Pretty much one note, huh?
[5] n/a

ENTRIES
[6] Jabara
[7] Jabin
[8] jacked
[9] Jackson
[10] Jaheel, Captain

DREAM CARDS
[6] Exists as Jabara.

[7] Jabin, Personnel, Non-Aligned,

-INTEGRITY: 2, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 8
Now exists as Jabin.

[8] Jacked!, Dilemma, planet,

-If  personnel present, one  personnel is "stopped" (random selection) and one Equipment card OR all Gold-Pressed Latinum present (opponent's choice) is placed in opponent's discard pile. Discard dilemma.

[9] Jackson, Personnel, Federation/Non-Aligned,
"Typical former Maquis member turned USS Voyager crewmember. Ethics in a state of flux. Would like to be as good an engineer as B'Elanna Torres."
-ENGINEER, Computer Skill; X=4 OR 7; SD Engineering Kit;
-INTEGRITY: X, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 6

[10] Exists as Jaheel.

NOTES
[6] n/a
[7] Each Kazon sect has its own icon. Different sects may not work together normally.
[8] The dilemma has no effect if AU personnel not present and is discarded. If opponent re-shuffles equipment cards into his draw deck, or rescues it from discard pile, he may use it as his own.
[9] Jackson's name was mentioned in "State of Flux", leading to the joke in the lore, and subsequent special skill.
[10] n/a

ENTRIES
[11] Jakara, Rivas
[12] jakmanite
[13] Jal
[14] Jalanda Forum
[15] Jalanda

DREAM CARDS
[11] Rivas Jakara, Personnel, Non-Aligned/Federation
"Identity created for William T. Riker when undercover on planet Malcor III. Injured in a riot. Studied in medical center. Loved by alien groupie."
-CIVILIAN, Anthropology, Diplomacy; May redirect Alien Groupie to him; May seed at Malcor III like a dilemma;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 6

[12] Undetecable Substance, Event
"Some substances, such as the radioactive jakmanite, cannot the detected by a starship's normal internal sensor scans."
-Play over any card played or placed on a ship. While in play, that card may not be nullified or cured unless Life-Form Scan played on this ship first. (Immune to Kevin Uxbridge.)

[13] Jal Magong, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Typical of Kazon ship crewmembers from any Kazon sect. Though the sects don't get along, all Kazon share the same brutal traits."
-OFFICER, Navigation, Treachery; When reporting, choose one Kazon sect icon and one species it is STRENGTH +1 against in personnel battle;
-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 8

[14] Jalanda Forum Recording, Equipment, 5 points
"Recording of one of Bajoran musician Varani's many concerts in the destroyed hall. Given to the Skreean Haneek as a sign of friendship."
-May be downloaded by any card that can download a Program card. Where present, Away Team or crew has Music. Once per turn, if opposed by any Non-Aligned personnel, give this card to opponent to score points. (Not cumulative.)

[15] Jalanda, Ship, Bajoran
"Bajoran assault vessel sometimes commanded by General Hazar. Named after a Bajoran city. Back-up ship in blockade against the Skreeans."
-Assault Class[] Tractor Beam; SD Tactical Console
-RANGE: 8, WEAPONS: 7, SHIELDS: 7

NOTES
[11] Any Alien Groupie played can be redirected to this persona of Riker, stopping him whether he is alone on a planet or not. Like Mirasta Yale, he seeds under Malcor III and joins an Away Team upon discovery, but this is not mandatory.
[12] A bit like Rishon Uxbridge, but may protect dilemmas etc. from nullification.
[13] An invented name for a Kazon that could fill out the numbers of any sect. You choose the icon AND any species for it to be STRENGTH +1 against.
[14] Only one Recording may be given to opponent per turn. Note that opponent can then do the same also scoring 5 points. It's all about wanting or not wanting to score let your opponent score the points, and may make a good endgame gift.
[15] Since the Bajorans have no unique ships... Note that the Tactical Console download still requires the ship to be docked. It counts as an Assault Vessel for purposes of General Hazar's special skill.

ENTRIES
[16] jamaharon
[17] jambalaya
[18] Jameson, Admiral Mark
[19] Jamison, Anne
[20] Janaran Falls

-VIP, Diplomacy x2, Treachery, Biology, MEDICAL; SD Rescue Captives; X=between 1 and 6 (roll die each turn);
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: X

[19] Anne Jamison, Personnel, Federation

-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 2

[20] Falling in Love, Dilemma, planet, Countdown: 4
"Lieutenant William Riker and Deanna Troi's last date was at the spectacular Janaran Falls on Betazed before he departed for his next assignment."
-Place on one personnel present (random selection). It is attributes all -3 unless present with its spouse or romantic interest. If any attribute<1, personnel placed in stasis.

NOTES
[16] n/a
[17] Works every turn. If on a Nor, you may add to the SHIELDS of that Nor, or of any ship present.
[18] I didn't like using dice, but for this once, why not? Note that you really only have to roll the STRENGTH if it comes up during the turn - if a dilemma or mission has a STRENGTH component, for example, or if a personnel battle breaks out.
[19] Mark Jamison must be present with her to get Extraction the icon, not present at the mission.
[20] If any attribute becomes 0 or less, the personnel is in stasis, but if later present with its spouse or love interest, its attributes shoot back up and it wakes up from it. Oh, and sorry about the pun.

ENTRIES
[21] Janeway Lambda-1
[22] Janeway, Admiral
[23] Janeway, Ensign
[24] Janeway, Kathryn
[25] Janir

DREAM CARDS
[21] Janeway Lambda-1, Program

-Raider Class[] Once each turn, may report with crew, take off, or land; X=4 if moving within a region; Holds two personnel; Has no transporters.
-RANGE: 4+X, WEAPONS: 5, SHIELDS: 5

NOTES
[21] You can discard to nullify (discard) a Bothan personnel who is an intruder aboard your ship.
[22] When he reports to a mortally wounded personnel, he reports for free and at that location, no matter where it is.
[23] Each Ensign Janeway can stop one Empath present each turn.
[24] The special download could be of Lord Burleigh or Leonardo da Vinci, as much as of Micheal O'Sullivan.
[25] Pulled this trick again. Razka is listed as a fighter pilot after all.

ENTRIES
[26] Janitza mountains
[27] Janklow
[28] Japanese brush writing
[29] Japori II
[30] Jarada

DREAM CARDS
[26] Janitza, Ship, Bajoran
"Scout vessel named after a mountain range on Bajor. Under the frequent command and supervision of Keiko O'Brien on botanical surveys."
-Scout Class[] SCIENCE
-RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 4, SHIELDS: 5

[27] Janklow, Personnel, Federation,
"Typical Starfleet engineer stationed at Deep Space 9. Helped repair the Defiant after it returned from a dense atmosphere battle with the Jem'Hadar."
-ENGINEER, Computer Skill; Repairs for any ship docked at same facility take one less turn;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 6

[28] Calligraphy, Dilemma, space/planet
"Keiko O'Brien's grandmother was a practitioner of japanese brush writing, a form of calligraphy. Keiko remembered her, but not the technique."
-Immediately probe: If probe card has no lore, discard it. If it does, one personnel present is "stopped" (any Keiko OR Empathy personnel if present, opponent's choice otherwise). Mission continues. Discard dilemma.

[29] Assassination, Mission, planet, Cardassian/Romulan/Non-Aligned
Japori II: Assassinate Japori official for political gain and profit.
-Treachery x2 + Biology + (Greed OR Tal Shiar OR Obsidian Order) OR Retaya
-Span: 3; 35 points

[30] Jarada Greeting, Dilemma, space
"In 2364, Jean-Luc Picard had to pronounce a greeting to the Jarada. A 20-year rift had been created by the last greeting which missed a single word."
-Opponent selects one common tongue-twister. Unless you utter tongue-twister three times fast flawlessly, your personnel are "stopped" and all your Treaties in play are discarded. (Discrad dilemma.)

NOTES
[26] The entry is for a mountain range to which Keiko went on an expedition as cheif botanist. From that, I created the ship she might have used on her various joint missions with Bajoran scientists. She can act as matching commander in treaty decks.
[27] Quick repairs if he is aboard the facility, not aboard the ship. When working with Tactics, remove the usual number of Tactics until the turn before last, where you remove all remaining Tactics.
[28] Either it stops a personnel or it discards an objective, incident or doorway (maybe a site). If there is more than one Empathy personnel, opponent still selects who is stopped.
[29] Retaya is an alternative requirement for the entire string of requirements, not just for the parentheses.
[30] A piece of silliness, I know, but hey. Player suggesting the tongue-twister must be able to pronounce it at least once.

ENTRIES
[31] Jared, Acost
[32] Jaresh-Inyo
[33] Jareth
[34] Jaro Essa
[35] Jarok, Alidar

-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 3

[32] Exists as Jaresh-Inyo.

[33] Jareth, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Enaran military officer. Loving father of Korenna Mirell. Prejudiced against the Regressives. Active in systematic extermination of that ethnic group."
-OFFICER, Leadership, Treachery; May play Hate Crime as an event where present, counting Regressives as a separate species;
-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 7

[34] Exists as Jaro Essa.

[35] Exists as Alidar Jarok.

NOTES
[31] Honor is both because he was ready to hand over the planet as per his ancestors' contract, and because first contact with Ventax was made by the Klingons.
[32] n/a
[33] Hate Crime played in this fashion may be nullified by Kevin Uxbridge, and does require the target to be the only one of its species. Normally, a Regressive would be an Enaran, and thus not alone if Jareth present, for purposes of this dilemma. If the dilemma is encountered normally, even if Jareth present, a Regressive will not count as a separate species.
[34] n/a

ENTRIES
[36] Jaros II

Jaros II: Perform guard duty at this Federation prison for court-martialed officers.

-VIP, Diplomacy, Youth; If Ves Alkar present, you may acquire Receptacle Stones when encountered;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 4

[39] Jarvin, Personnel, Non-Aligned/Federation
"Maquis crewmember of the USS Voyager. Ready to support Chakotay in a take over of the ship. Concerned about B'Elanna's fights with Carey."
-ENGINEER, Treachery, Computer Skill; SD Mutiny; Chakotay is all attributes +2 where present;
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 7

[40] Exists as Jasad.

NOTES
[36] Has a brig, just like the Security Holding Cell site. Your opponent must report his Ro Laren here, and she is automatically captured by you and placed inside.
[37] The special download is really two special downloads. They may be used simultaneously or on different occasions.
[38] Jarth and Ves must be together at Receptacle Stones' location to acquire the artifact without solving the mission. Jarth is an Aide, which is significant in AtoZ.
[39] n/a
[40] n/a

ENTRIES
[41] Jat'yln
[42] Jatarn, Major
[43] Jatlh
[44] Javert
[45] Jaya

DREAM CARDS
[41] Exorcism, Interrupt
"On stardate 45571, Enterprise-D crewmembers were possessed by what Worf called Jat'yIn, spirits the rest of the crew tried to drive out."
-Nullifies all copies of Anionic Takeover, Alien Parasites, Isabella and Ronin in play. OR Downloads one non-ghost persona of a ghost personnel in play. OR Doubles the INTEGRITY of any Kai, Vedek or Prylar until the end of your next full turn.

[42] Major Jatarn, Personnel, Bajoran
"Officer in the Bajoran militia in 2372. Considered as a potential successor for Major Kira in her position as Bajoran liaison to Starfleet."
-OFFICER, Leadership, SECURITY, Diplomacy, Resistance; Not affected by D'jarras
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 8

[43] Jatlh!, Interrupt
"Klingon expression that roughly translates as 'Speak!'. All Klingon expressions are roughly translated. It's just the way they express themselves."
-Plays on your matching commander to download any card whose title is a complete sentence OR which has a sentence in quotation marks in its lore to this location or to table. (Captain's Order.)

[44] Javert, Personnel, Federation
"Micheal Eddington, who idolized Les Miséreables' Jean Valjean, imagined that Benjamin Sisko, his nemesis, was the obsessive policeman Javert."
-OFFICER, Law, Treachery, SECURITY; SD For the Uniform; STRENGTH +2 vs.
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 8

[45] Jaya, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Female inmate at the Tilonius Institute for Mental Disorders. Called herself Commander Bloom of the starship Yorktown. Communicated through utensils."
-CIVILIAN; Any attribute of 3 present is doubled; May nullify Frame of Mind and Q Gets the Point where present
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 5

NOTES
[41] If, for example, your opponent plays Isabella on you and Ronin is part of an Away Team somewhere, both would be discarded when you reacted to the Isabella. Ghost personnel are marked as such in their lore or title.
[42] A lesser Kira.
[43] This downloads such cards as The Line Must Be Drawn Here and I Am Not a Merry Man!, as well as any Rule of Acquisition, Q-card (if stockable) or the like of Interrogation. If the card doesn not play on table, it muct play at your matching commander's location.
[44] The STRENGTH bonus afforded by For the Uniform is of course cumulative with the one in his skills. This is the Sisko that actually dropped biogenic weapons on a Maquis planet.
[45] It's silly, but due to her lore, she counts as a commander (not a matching commander) for purposes of other cards. She is of the same species as Suna. So if a personnel has INTEGRITY 3 where she is present, it becomes a 6. A Frame of Minded personnel would be all attributes 6-6-6 for example.

ENTRIES
[46] Jayden
[47] Jaz Holza
[48] Jefferies tube
[49] Jell-O
[50] Jellico, Captain Edward

DREAM CARDS
[46] Jayden, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"When the amnesiac Soong-type android Data crashlanded on Barkon IV, he stumbled into a village. Intent on finding a cause for radiation sickness."
-SCIENCE, ENGINEER, Exobiology, Physics; Once per turn, may nullify one radioactive dilemma where present;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 10, STRENGTH: 11

[47] Jaz Holza, Personnel, Bajoran
"Bajoran leader who resided in the Valo system. Met Dr. Crusher at a symposium. A thoughtful spokesman, but holds little actual influence."
-VIP, Diplomacy, Biology; Opponent's Bajorans are all -2 to attributes
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

[48] Jefferies Tube, Site
-If unopposed, compatible personnel with at least one ENGINEER may walk to this site from anywhere to anywhere else on
the ship without having to walk through intervening sites. If present, Neela Darren is double Music (as are any Music personnel present with her). Undetected Beam-In encountered by this ship downloads drones here.
-Any starship[Bridge-Saucer/Forward Section-Engineering Section]

[49]Jell-O, Food
"Brand name of a fruit-flavored gelatin dessert originating on Earth. Neelix prepared a fruit cocktail with Jell-O for the 37s."
-Where present, once per turn, you may report one personnel each whose name starts with a J, an E, and two personnel whose names start with L, then discard Food. Until then, your Objective cards discard to bottom of draw deck. (Not cumulative.)

[50] Edward Jellico, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet captain briefly in command of the USS Enterprise in 2367. At odds with Will Riker and the Cardassians. Strict about uniforms and shifts."
-OFFICER, Leadership, Diplomacy, Navigation, SECURITY; Your ships at same location are +2 SHIELDS vs.
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 7
Now exists as Edward Jellico.

NOTES
[46] Radioactive dilemmas are those that mention radiation in their titles (Radioactive Garbage Scow, Theta-Radiation Poisoning, etc.).
[47] Hoses Bajoran decks who often make use of attribute boosters like War Room, The Earring of Li Nalas, Shakaar, etc. Affects all opposing Bajorans in play.
[48] The Jeffries Tube site can be placed anywhere in the site-line, or off to the side. Personnel need not cross it if they do not wish to, or are incapable of doing so. It does not double Music unless Neela Darren is specifically there.
[49] Personnel with two or more words in their names may only count the very first word for its starter letter (Lt. Sisko is an "L" for example). You can only report one J, one E, and two Ls, then you must discard the Food card, nullifying its effect on Objectives.
[50] He is also matching commander for the USS Cairo, but that ship's lore mentions him.
