[56] AU because this is the Jenolen in its prime, not crashed on the Dyson Sphere.
[57] n/a
[58] Tea Food cards are those that have Tea in the title, like Jestrel Tea.
[59] n/a
[60] The Food card is nullified whether your opponent passed the dilemma or not, and even if it had no valid target. The second function works everywhere in play at once.

ENTRIES
[61] Jetrel, Dr. Ma'Bor
[62] "Jetrel"
[63] Jev
[64] jevonite
[65] Jeyal

DREAM CARDS
[61] Ma'Bor Jetrel, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Haakonian scientist who developed the metreon cascade that killed 300,000 thousand Talaxians during the war. Ostracized even at home."

-Place on any personnel with 6>INTEGRITY>3 OR with both (Law OR Honor) and Treachery (your choice). Personnel loses last-listed skill at the start of each of your turns; when it has no skills, dies.

[63] Jev, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Mal Ullian. Telepathic historian. Son of Tarmin. Guilty of memory invasion, leaving coma victims on many planets and the USS Enterprise."
-VIP, Treachery x2, Empathy x2; Once per game, may place one card from each side-deck out-of-play (random selection)
-INTEGRITY: 2, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

[64] Jevonite Gemstones, Artifact, X points
"Valuable Cardassian gemstones discovered in burial caults of the First Hebitian Civilization. Either stolen by looters or sold to profit the military."

-VIP, SECURITY; Youth personnel present are under your control unless opposing Empathy present;
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 8

NOTES
[61] His INTEGRITY is just in the sphere of the next card:
[62] The personnel deteriorates until it has no skills left. The last-listed skill is always the last one LEFT.
[63] Jev need not place all the cards out-of-play at the same time. He can snafu the Tent, later the Battle Bridge, etc.
[64] Add up to 25 points to your mission points? Now, that's an artifact. You may not download then discard the Latinum with the same Gemstones.
[65] The mention of Klingons in the lore is because the same actor played the legendary Kang. Use Youth personnel as your own where present. If you bring them aboard your ship or facility, and Jeyal subsequently leaves, they become intruders.

ENTRIES
[66] Jibalian omelette
[67] jIH dok
[68] Jillur Gueta
[69] Jimbalian fudge

DREAM CARDS
[66] Jibalian Omelette, Food,

[67] jIH dok, Event
"Klingon for 'my blood', an expression of devotion given to one's mate, sometimes used to seal a marriage vow, like K'Ehleyr and Worf did."

[70] Jimenez, Personnel, Federation,
"Typical Starfleet security officer assigned to Deep Space 9 in 2372. Assigned as one of First Minister Shakaar's bodyguards."
-SECURITY, Honor; If Treaty: Bajoran/Federation in play, may report for free to your Nor;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 7

NOTES
[66] "Cargo run" is defined on the card Cargo Bay. The quadrant ends act as facilities for purposes of these cargo runs, and the ship need not dock anywhere. Also note that any ship with this Food aboard may conduct the runs, not just transports, etc.
[67] You get the download(s) even if the card with the event on it is the one that dies (is discarded).
[68] The Bajoran persona of Garak is AU, mind.
[69] You may switch from one bonus type to another, or from one Cooking personnel. No matter how many Fudges you have at the same location, only one has an effect, so you can't cover both uses by doubling up.
[70] Any number of Jimenezes can be reported in any given turn if the Treaty is in play.

ENTRIES
[76] joined
[77] Jokarian chess
[78] Jokri
[79] Jol, Etana
[80] jolan true

DREAM CARDS
[76] High Competition, Event
"With only 300 Trill symbionts available, and more than 5,000 initiates trying to get one, competition is fierce and standards high."
-Plays on table. At the start of your turn, if you and your opponent are within 5 points of each other, each of you must show a personnel card from hand. Player who shows lowest attribute total loses 5 points.

[77] Jokarian Chess, Dilemma, space/planet

-Mission may not continue unless 2 personnel with CUNNING>8 OR both a father and his son present.

[78] Other Destination, Event
"Alyssa Ogawa, reluctant to accept an invitation to the pleasure planet Risa from a gentleman caller, wondered if he would go to the tamer Jokri river instead."
-Plays on any planet mission with the words "holiday", "vacation", "camping", "shore leave" or "honeymoon" in its title or lore. Target another such mission: you may use the first planet's requirements to attempt and complete the targetted one.

[79] Exists as Etana Jol.

[80] Jolan Tru, Event
"Romulan farewell with no exact translation, though it's basically the Romulan equivalent of 'Have a nice day'. Never actually spoken by Major Rakal."
-Plays on opponent's mission. Where you have a Romulan with INTEGRITY>6, you may attempt disregarding Fair Play (but not attemptability icons).

NOTES
[76] The card keeps its effect throughout the game, and isn't discarded after one effect. If a player shows no personnel, the attribute total is zero. If the two attribute totals are tied, neither player loses the points.
[77] The father-son combo must of course be each others' father/son. No Ben Sisko/Alexander for example.
[78] AtoZ supplies other target missions than Risa Shore Leave and Camping Trip. The points, span and game text remain unchanged. Opponent cannot use the alternate requirements.
[79] n/a
[80] Revives mission theft for the Romulans a little. Note that this doesn't replace the Espionage cards since you still need to be able to legally attempt the mission, it only suspends Fair Play.

ENTRIES
[81] jolly
[82] Jomat Luson
[83] Jonas, Michael
[84] Jones, Cyrano
[85] Jono

DREAM CARDS
[81] For He's a ????? Good Fellow, Interrupt

-CIVILIAN, Computer Skill, Anthropology; SD Any  Youth personnel

[85]Jono, Personnel, Non-Aligned

-CIVILIAN, Youth, SECURITY, Honor, Navigation; Suspends opposing Music present
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 7

NOTES
[81] The third function can be used to attack during your opponent's turn, or to attack twice during your own.
[82] The download would include [Car][Baj] Youth personnel as well.
[83] He may work with Kazon of any sect.
[84] The Tribble is downloaded from the side-deck.
[85] It's as if Music personnel present didn't have that skill. He counts as both a human and a Talarian.

ENTRIES
[86] Joranian ostrich
[87] Joseph
[88] Jouret IV
[89] "Journey's End"
[90] Joval

DREAM CARDS
[86] Joranian Ostrich, Event
"When frighted, the Joranian ostrich hides its head under water until it drowns. Also a metaphor for showing a blind eye to dangerous activity."
-Plays on any  mission OR facility. For each of your personnel present killed by opposing personnel here, one opposing personnel with INTEGRITY>6 present is killed (random selection). (Not cumulative.)

[87] Joseph, Personnel, Federation
"Engineer of the USS Santa Maria who became a colony member on planet Orellius. Assisted Miles O'Brien in his attempt to escape."
-ENGINEER, Biology, Physics, Honor; May nullify Technophobes where present;
-INTEGRITY: 9, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 5

[88] Survey Borg Attack Site, Mission, planet, Federation
Jouret IV: Conduct survey of immense hole left by the Borg when destroying this Federation colony.
-Cybernetics + 3 SECURITY + Exobiology + (CUNNING>50 OR Shelby)
-Span: 4; 45 points; The Wake of the Borg may play here

[89] Traveling Wesley, Personnel, Federation/Non-Aligned,
"Wesley Crusher left Starfleet Academy to become a Traveler, a being able to transcend the laws of the physical universe."
-CIVILIAN, Youth, Astrophysics x2, Stellar Cartography; May move along spaceline without a ship as if RANGE 10;
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 10, STRENGTH: 5

[90]Joval, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Typical beautiful female Risan. Offered Picard jamaharon when she saw him display a Horga'hn. Puzzled when he declined. No relation to Bashir."
-CIVILIAN, Youth, Music; SD Jamaharon; May immediately report where any Male's Love Interest dilemma encountered
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 4, STRENGTH: 3

NOTES
[86] Personnel must be responsible for the deaths through battle or special abilities or equipment. Interrupts, dilemmas, etc. played by your opponent do not count unless personnel were involoved (as with Dial Martok for Murder or Phaser Burns).
[87] Technophobes is an AtoZ dilemma.
[88] A little extra on the points because of the danger of The Wake.
[89] AU for the same "transcendental" reasons as the Traveler. He may act like a ship, but he cannot be attacked by another ship, nor can he carry other personnel, or attempt space missions without a ship. He may always land and take off without spending RANGE.
[90] That last line of lore is a joke based on the fact the same actress played Joval and Lt. Watley in "Trials and Tribble-ations". When reporting to a dilemma, she reports for free at that location.

ENTRIES
[91] Jovian Run
[92] Jovis
[93] Juarez, Lieutenant
[94] Judge Advocate General
[95] Juhraya

DREAM CARDS
[91] Jovian Run, Mission, space, Federation
Sector 001 region*Between Jupiter and Saturn: Make routine shuttle run.
-Youth + Navigation + Any shuttlecraft
-Span: 1; 20 points; When completed, you may draw one card.

-SCIENCE, Biology; SD Goddess of Empathy; May be targeted by Maternity Ward to download any Youth;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

[94] The Big Decisions, Dilemma, space/planet
"When JAG officer Phillipa Louvois was asked to rule on Data's sentience, or possible lack thereof, she bit off more than she could chew."
-Unless Law x2 OR any Jean-Luc Picard present, place on table as an Event card. While in play, your Soong-type androids are all  and are disabled unless Cybernetics present.

[95] Resist Relocation, Mission, planet, Federation/Non-Aligned
Demilitarized Zone region*Juhraya: Help Maquis community remain in their homes despite Cardassian relocation efforts.
-2  + (Resistance OR SECURITY x2) + CIVILIAN x2 + INTEGRITY>35
-Span: 3; 35* points; *+5 if any Ro participated in mission attempt

NOTES
[91] What could be easier?
[92] n/a
[93] Usually, Maternity Ward only allows Youth to download to their specific mothers. Why Goddess of Empathy? Because of the idea of the Romulan standoff.
[94] With this in play, you would need Cybernetics present to use your androids.
[95] You get your bonus 5 points even if Ro died during the mission attempt ("participated in"), but not if she died before you were stopped and attempted again.

ENTRIES
[96] Juhrayan freighter
[97] Julius Ceasar
[98] Julliard Youth Symphony
[99] jumbo Romulan mollusks
[100] jumja tea

DREAM CARDS
[96] Juhrayan Freighter, Ship, Non-Aligned,
"Cargo vessel of Juhrayan registry. One just like it was attacked by Cardassian colonists within the Demilitarized Zone in 2370."
-Freighter[] Tractor Beam; May report directly to Demilitarized Zone region
-RANGE: 6, WEAPONS: 4, SHIELDS: 4

[97] Et tu, Brute?, Interrupt, 5 points
"Though on Earth, Shakespeare' Julius Ceasar is considered to be a great tragedy of political assassination, Garak thought it was a farce."
-When you expose an infiltrator, play to score points. Points are doubled if infiltrator is . Only nullified (even in bonus point area) by Shakespeare's Own Words.

[98] Lost Talent, Event
"When Harry Kim disappeared during his assignment on the USS Voyager, the Julliard Youth Symphony lost a fine clarinetist,"
-Plays on any spaceline. While in play, Music personnel not on that spaceline do not count toward Ressikan Flute's bonus points.

[99] Jumbo Romulan Mollusks, Food
"Seafood dish offered to Sakonna by Quark during a business dinner in the hopes it could unlock her cold Vulcan heart."
-Romulans and Vulcans present are INTEGRITY -2 and, if at Quark's Bar OR any Ferengi present, gain the skill Acquisition. Discard at any time to download Plomeek Soup.

[100] Jumja Tea, Food
"Beverage brewed from the sweet sap of the Bajoran jumja tree. The Intendent liked jumja tea, and our Kira Nerys had to admit she did too."
- personnel present are all attributes +2 and, if their non- opposites present, may mix and cooperate with their affiliations.

NOTES
[96] One way to use this ship is to report it at the site of a Colony (it's a facility) in the DMZ before flying to a Cargo Bay elsewhere with Equipment aboard.
[97] Shakespeare's Own Words is the only card that can nullify it, and it can nullify the points (rather than the Interrupt) once they are in the bonus point area.
[98] Played on that one Mirror spaceline location makes the entire Alpha, Gamma and Delta quadrants "pointless" for example.
[99] Plomeek soup was also part of the meal.
[100] Opposite in this context represents the "real universe" version of the Mirror character. For example, Garak-Mirror is the mirror version of Elim Garak. The Intendent is the mirror version of Kira Nerys (and her personae).

ENTRIES
[101] jumja
[102] junction A-9
[103] junction A-12
[104] Jung, Carl Gustav
[105] Junior

DREAM CARDS
[101] Jumja Stick, Food
"Sweet confection on a stick made from the sap of the jumja tree. Sold at a kiosk on Deep Space 9. Not always sold to unbelievers however."
-May use Promenade Shops as a Food-serving site. Bajorans (and Miles O'Brien) on this ship or facility are INTEGRITY +2, all attributes +2 if  icon personnel.

[102] Junction 9-A, Site
-Always adjacent to Jefferies Tube or another Junction. If your ENGINEER present, suspends any card's effect that prevents you from playing Scan cards at this spaceline location.
-Any starship[Engineering section]

[103] Junction C-12, Site
-Always adjacent to Jefferies Tube or another Junction. If your SCIENCE present, suspends any card's effect that prevents you from playing Probe cards OR probing at this spaceline location.
-Any starship[Engineering section]

[104] Collective Unconscious, Event
"Carl Jung's theories about psychoanalysis included the concept of the collective unconscious which ties all human dreams and stories together."
-Plays on table. While in play, when you are affected by any Nightmare or REM dilemma, select an opponen't ship to also face that dilemma. Also, you may make use of opponent's Vision Quests.

[105] Exists as Birth of "Junior".

NOTES
[101] The Orb icon personnel must be Bajoran to get the extra bonus.
[102] Scan cards are any cards that contain that word in the title. You can even suspend damage markers, but only the anti-Scan effect would be suspended. Jefferies Tubes are adjacent to all sites at once, but Junctions are not. You must first walk to the a Tube, then walk to the Junction. The Junction is part of the Engineering section for purposes of cards that would affect that part of a ship.
[103] Probe cards are cards with that word in the title, no cards revealed during "probing", but that is included as well (an anti-10,000 Tribbles card in a sense). See Junction 9-A's note above for more details on Junctions.
[104] Works a little like Receptacle Stones, so that opponent must also meet the requirements of the dilemma or face its consequences, and may be affected even if you are not.
[105] n/a

ENTRIES
[106] Jupiter Outpost 92
[107] Jupiter Station
[108] Jupiter
[109] Juro
[110] "Justice"
[111] Justman, Shuttlecraft

DREAM CARDS
[106] Jupiter Outpost 92, Outpost, Federation
"Federation outpost that first reported the entrance of the Borg into the Sol system in 2367."
-Seeds for free at Jupiter. If any  cards at this spaceline location, Outpost in under Red Alert as if that card was affecting this facility only. (Not duplicatable.)
-SHIELDS: 28

[107] Jupiter Station, Station, Federation

[109] Juro Counterpunch, Dilemma, planet

-One personnel with STRENGTH>7 is "stopped" (random selection) unless that personnel is STRENGTH>10 OR Curzon Dax.

[110] Wanna Hug?, Dilemma, planet
"The peaceful Edo would welcome visitors to their world with warm embraces, lulling them into a sense of security."
-Unless no Diplomacy present, entire Away Team is "stopped" and opponent may immediately draw one card OR play one card.

[111] Justman, Ship, Federation
"Enterprise-D shuttlecraft 03. Fitted with metaphasic shields and commanded by Dr. Reyga. A simulation was given to Professor Moriarty to captain."
-Type VII Shuttlecraft[] SD Metaphasic Shields
-RANGE: 6, WEAPONS: 1, SHIELDS: 3

NOTES
[106] This facility seeds for free on Jupiter, and cannot be otherwise played. While Red Alert affects this Outpost, that card isn't actually in play and cannot be countered, punished, etc.
[107] This is a space facility since Jupiter, despite being a planet, is a space mission.
[108] May seem unremarkable, but you need the location to play the two facilities above.
[109] First you select a personnel to be stopped, amd if that personnel has 11 or more STRENGTH it just isn't.
[110] Opponent's card can be played anywhere. The dilemma is only discarded when the "no Diplomacy" condition is met.
[111] Has two very odd matching commanders (yes, Moiarty counts).
