Sure, he'll die if he ever faces Primitive Culture, but since it's a planet

NOTES
[56] Gives the Klingons a chance to infiltrate
too. I had a choice here between the 24th-century Darvin or the one from
TOS, and I chose the earlier one. Thought he was more interesting. The
second result can be fun: download Clone Machine, then any number of Kahlesses.
Just for fun of course.
[57] Flips over like distortion field.
Other Food cards can be returned to hand volontarily or by making upkeeping
personnel leave the Food-serving site. Not this one, to keep players from
reporting it active every turn.
[58] Note that when the facility is discarded,
personnel inside are relocated to the planet surface. Cumulative on the
first result means that if you pull that probe result more than once, the
effect is cumulative on all universals in play (yours and your opponent's),
so that it quickly becomes -4, -6, etc. Great against Assign Mission Specialists.
[59] A pro-redshirt card. The dilemma
(or interrupt) must specifically state that it penalizes a player for using
those Away Teams. Interrupts like Alien Groupie and Thine Own Self are
such interrupts for example.

NOTES
[61] Your infiltrator must be present
with the Equipment, meaning that it leaves the skill in there (not losing
it itself) before going off to your opponent's side of the table. You can,
of course, find your Equipment present when the infiltrator is on the other
side, but this will be harder to pull off. The skill can be changed by
any of your infiltrators
[62] The Music personnel doesn't even
have to be yours. The gender in minority is whichever gender is present
in the least quantity. If there are 2 females and 4 males, for example,
2 of each will be stopped. In case of a tie (2 of each, let's say), then
either is the minority and all are stopped.

as per the punctuation.
[69] I've decided to do holo-persona in
the following manner: a Holodeck must be present for them to report/be

[72] No matter how many DaVinci Falls

Allows you to chabge requirements that were already changed through terraforming,
even on your opponent's mission. The second function is just for fun and
theme's sake.
[73] If there is no adjacent site, the
escape cannot occur.
[74] A big mission for the Ferengi as
their STRENGTH isn't going to be high on average. With your opponent playing
Klingons, the mission requires STRENGTH>50 and is worth 50 points.
[75] A try at the symbiont itself. It
may persona switch with any of the bold-typed hosts, the others being AU
because they were alive too long ago. It can survive without a host, but
not use its skills. Once implanted, the host and symbiont are one personnel,
much like a dual-personnel card. If removed from a host, that host dies.
The toughest thing here was figuring out what skills were the symbiont's
and which came from Jadzia (our only Dax for now). I hopefully didn't do

[76] Discussion on how the Daxes work:
The order of the hosts is in bold as a special type of persona. The first
host can be replaced by the second, the second by the third, etc. When
switched, they are discarded. If at any time, they are naturaly discarded,
you may download the next host to that location (if possible) safe and

her eighth host position in boldface.

NOTES
[86] The first function affects both players'
personae. Gets rid of those pesky Garaks. Release of captured personnel
only occurs at countdown's end. One way to use this: self-seed Extradition
and allow your opponent to capture you (difficult, but you might want to
look at infiltrators), then have yourself released to the facility of your
choice, even your opponent's.
[87] n/a
[88] Adds to the Blood Oath theme. The
ship your opponent must decloak is one of his of course.
[89] The Institute seeds during the facility
phase. The skill must be named at that time. You may only seed one.
[90] I thought Ferengi would want to attempt
this to sell the colony goods. The special ability: First, remember that
in AtoZ a "starship" is a ship that requires staffing. Shuttles, Scouts
and Transports are rarely starships. The limitation prevents a ship from
stopping here, not passing the location. A ship cannot be relocated here
if the space is already occupied. The destruction of an empty ship will
ensure you can't just send a hulk to protect the mission from your opponent,
and should be the fault of the Sheliak (it's from that episode).

NOTES
[91] You'll need Vidiians for some Delta
Quadrant missions, so I made a universal one. He was nameless on the show,
so I gave him the name of the actor who played him, Ray Proscia.
[92] Since Ancient West turns your Deadwood-specific

[94] When in play, you can take advantage
of Manheim's doorway by downloading the card about to be played by your

The first name is taken from the person who inspired the character's name
in the first place, episode co-writer Deborah Dean Davis.
[95] The picture on the card should be
Voyager in a Christmas tree, though you may not like the presents you get.
The cards played on the ship must be playable on a ship, but may be dilemmas
that do so. They only have their effect when the ship reenters play. A
dangerous one, but mitigated by the fact that it won't do you good if pulled
