DREAM CARDS
[51] Felaran Rose, Interrupt
"Flowering plant native to a planet in the Delta quadrant. Would have
made a great gift for Kes."
-Double Airponic Bay's download
ability. OR Suspend the effects of any card on Ocampa in play for rest
of turn. OR Report Tom Paris and/or Neelix to Kes's
location.
[52] Abandon Mines!, Event
"Feldomite is a hard to mine mineral substance. Unfortunately for Quark's
finances, a mine on Parsion III struck a worthless deposit of feldomite
in 2373."
-Plays on any mission requiring Geology. It now requires twice as much
Geology and any Nor here may not Process Ore unless 2 Geology at Ore Processing
Unit.
[53] Felicium Addiction, Dilemma, space/planet
"Felicium was used centuries ago by the Brekkians to cure a deadly
plague on neighboring Ornara. When the plague ended, the Ornarans were
addicted to the narcotic."
-Unless Law present, place on mission. Opponent may place on any personnel
saved from death by MEDICAL personnel or equipment here. It is addicted
and dies unless another MEDICAL always present.
[54] Feline Supplement 25, Food
"Cat food designed for Spot. Data believed that number 25 (of 221)
to be Spot's favorite, but it was hard to tell."
-While in play, your ANIMAL personnel at this location may "stop" one
compatible personnel present. Discard at any time to download any card
with a number in the title into play. (Not cumulative.)
[55] Felton, Personnel, Federation
"Ensign at the conn of the Enterprise-D in 2368. Navigated the ship
out of a Soliton wave. Was impressed by nebula FGC-47's beauty."
-OFFICER, Navigation; May nullify Soliton Wave where present; Attributes
+2 at a nebula;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 6
NOTES
[51] A common, don't worry. All Ocampa
are covered (yours and your opponent's) by the second function.
[52] The title mimicks that of Abandon
Ship! It's really your choice to abandon the mines or not, but the venture
becomes much less profitable. Yes, a more Geology mission specialists can
be brought in to hike the mission points.
[53] Genetronic Replicator requires MEDICAL,
so a personnel saved by it is covered by this card. As would anyone who
passed a MEDICAL-related dilemma by meeting those requirements. Opponent
has the choice of which personnel to target, and even the option of not
targeting at all. If the target personnel is ever separated from a MEDICAL
(à la Jem'Hadar and Changelings pre-Blaze).
[54] So Spot (or another Neutral ANIMAL)
can stop any affiliation except Borg. Cards with numbers in them include
all Rules of Acquisition, for example.

fencing in the Enterprise-D's gymnasium, and even taught it to Guinan."

opposing disruptors or phasers present) and may nullify Foiled

Fendaus V: Study race of armless (but not necessarily harmless) aliens.

[58] Fenna, Event
"Psychoprojection created by Nidell Seyetik when she lost control of
her empathic abilities. 'Fenna' lived the happiness Nidell could not and
fell in love with Sisko."
-Place on your Empath. Immediately take a copy of that personnel from
outside-the-game and place it into hand. Every turn, it may report to any
Site at same spaceline location. If killed, return to hand. (Not cumulative.)
[59] Fento, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Elderly male Mintakan. Related many of his people's legends about
a godly Overseer. Left to guard the injured Dr. Palmer. Overpowered by
Riker."

"One of Neelix's specialties, this vegetable stew was one of the first
meals ever prepared for the Voyager's crew. Had little success."
-May play to opponent's Food-serving site. Always upkept first. All
opposing personnel at this spaceline location are attributes -1. (Not cumulative.)
NOTES
[56] The STRENGTH bonus doesn't hold for
mission and dilemma requirements. In case of a tie, the card may be played
on either of the two personnel.
[57] A simple novelty 40-pointer.
[58] Two Lwaxana Trois can coexist, for
example. The extra copy is a sort of hologram that doesn't die, but is
deactivated to hand. It may only report again if an appropriate site is
available.
[59] Seeds under Cultural Observation.
[60] If your opponent has even one personnel
at the Food-serving site, you may play this card there. It remains yours
to control, and always returns to YOUR hand when not upkept. "Opposing
personnel" are the Food owner's opponent's.

Gold-Pressed Latinum in the process. OR Nullifies Vacuum-Dessicated Remains.
NOTES
[61] n/a
[62] The return/download function only
works once ("immediately"), and yes, Latinum begets Latinum, so you can
return Latinum to hand to download some more.
[63] With all this profiteering about,
a Latinum hoser makes sense. It doesn't matter how much Latinum is spent
on something, only one extra Latinum is ever discarded. If Latinum returns
to hand to "buy" something there, one Latinum is still discarded. You cannot
use Latinum if you don't have the Latinum to discard. That Latinum may
come from any source (hand or anywhere in play).

number of Cargo Shuttles in play has no bearing on its special ability.

[68]Ferengi Death Sell,
Interrupt, 5 points
"After a Ferengi has died, an autopsy is strictly prohibited. The body
must be cut into small pieces and sealed in disk-shaped souvenir containers."

[69] Exists as HQ: Ferengi Credit Exchange.
[70] HQ: The Lobes for Business, Event
"Ferengi refer to the size of their ears when speaking about their

-Plays on Ferenginar. While in play, your male Ferengi with CUNNING>6
gain Acquisition (except any Rom) AND immediately download 2 Gold-Pressed
Latinum to any Acquisition personnel in play. (Not cumulative.)
NOTES

that limit HQ reporting.

[73] Revised
10th Rule of Acquisition, Event,
"Greed is dead."
-Plays on your

dilemmas and
icon cards are converted to Honor. All Greed personnel in play lose the
skill. At the start of a player's turn, that player must place a Gold-Pressed
Latinum from play (if available) in opponent's discard pile.

[75] Ferengi Salvage Code, Event,
"The Salvage Code states that anything found abandoned is open to claim
by those who find it. The Ferengi once claimed the Enterprise-D under this
code."
-Plays on table until relocated to undocked and empty opposing ship.
You may immediately download Commandeer Ship to it. Your
personnel may beam aboard. Discard when ship commandeered OR when opponent
has personnel aboard.
NOTES

[72] More Ferengi fun. If the Spore Pie
is served at Quark's, then it isn't cumulative. If there are Pies at more
than one Food-serving site, none are cumulative unless there's more than
one at the Replimat.
[73] The revised rule was the most fun
to do, but others might show up if I can fit them in somehow. Example of
requirement shift: universal Planet now requires Honor + Landed ship. It
becomes impossible to score Worshiper's points since Honor>Honor is not
possible.

against it. Of course, small ships may still counterattack.

Mariposan may report for free.
[92] Field
Diverters, Event
"Device utilized to isolate areas of a ship from decontaminating plasma
fields and other dangerous phenomena. These are suually errected around
the bridge and computer core."
-Plays on any ship site. Where present, protects your personnel there
from any casualties incurred from damage markers. Also, lowers Baryon Buildup
by 1 RANGE on same ship. (Cumulative.)
[93] Field Docent, Event, 2 points
"In the Trill initiate program, a joined Trill shepards a host candidate
through a field training program, allowing the joined Trill to observe
the candidate closely."
-Plays on your Trill with symbiont. Unjoined Trill may now report directly
here. If your joined and unjoined Trill present together at the end of
any turn, examine unjoined trill. Score points for every skill it has in
common with joined Trill and discard Event.
[94]Field Training, Objective
-Plays on mission location you seeded. Any
personnel present with your Leadership OFFICER or SECURITY for two full
turns gain the OFFICER or SECURITY's affiliation icon. OR Plays on any
personnel with Youth present with your unique OFFICER for two full turns.
It gains any one skill that OFFICER has. Discard objective.

Headquarters, Federation
"Family still considered something of royalty by the inhabitants of
Betazed. The family home is a grandiose palace."
-Seeds or plays on Betazed. While in play, Betazed is a homeworld.
If assimilated, only affects Betazoids. Once per turn, one Betazoid OR
Mr. Homn OR personnel romatically involved with Lwaxana Troi may play for
free here. (Not duplicatable.)
-SHIELDS: 30
NOTES
[91] Those personnel report for free anywhere
they usually could (like an outpost or HQ).
[92] A new reason to use ship sites. You
can use them to hide your personnel in. Once you see the type of Tactic
cards in your opponent's side-deck, you might decide you need you Sickbay
protected, say. Baryon Buildup only causes -1 RANGE per Field Diverters
card. It's cumulative because you might play them on more than one site.
You can never gain positive RANGE with this technique.
[93] You don't have to examine the candidate,
you may want to keep the reporting ability for a longer time. If more than
one unjoined Trill (or joined Trill) all present together, pick one unjoined
Trill to be examined. Joined Trill must be the one Event is played on.
[94] The OFFICER or SECURITY must have
Leadership to teach these guys anything. All Maquis personnel present gain
the icon, not just one. Makes them dual-aligned.
[95] Your Federation might use this as
a homeworld (with all HQ cards playable upon it), with less fear of Borg
assimilation shutting down you deck. Note that some of the romatic involvements
aren't [Fed] and may cause your opponent to report his personnel there.

-Plays on your Drayan Away Team on a planet. All Drayans with Youth
present are discarded. For each, you may score points OR draw two cards
OR remove one Revolving Door from table and place it out-of-play. Discard
event.
NOTES
[96] The personnel battle this creates
only affects the snake and the personnel targeted. After that first fight,
all bets are off though. This ability has no bearing on battles where the
Python is not encountered as a dilemma. Thought of the lore at the last
minute.
[97] Empathy because the Enarans are telepathic.
Music and Cooking because of what they shared aboard Voyager.
[98] Yes, MEDICAL is already required
of the mission, but this stops players from not using their precious MEDICALS
at the onset of the mission attempt.
[99] Once in play, will work on both players,
though opponent may be at a loss to do much about it since death occurs
at the end of THEIR opponent's turn.
[100] Away Teams can be separated from
other Away Teams even if owned by the same player, so any Drayan(s) on
a planet surface, even if with other personnel, may constitute a Drayan
Away Team. No matter how many Drayans die, you may only choose one option
from compensation list.
