ENTRIES
[251] dolamide
[252] Dolbargy sleeping trance
[253] dollar
[254] dom-jot
[255] Dominion Internment Camp 371

DREAM CARDS
[251]Search and Seizure, Objective,
-Plays on table. At any time, place on a ship docked at your Nor. Your personnel may board it and confiscate (steal) any Equipment there. While your Away Team there, ship may not undock. If ship's crew initiates battle against your Away Team, you may immediately report any number of SECURITY personnel to ship. Discard Objective when ship undocks.

[252] Sleeping Trance, Event, Countdown: 3
"Voluntarily induced deep coma. Zek used this technique to fake his own death in 2369 when he wanted to test the readiness of his son, Krax, to serve as Nagus."
-Plays on your personnel to place it in stasis. While in stasis, no cards may affect it and all its titles and any matching commander status are transferred to another personnel present (your choice).

[253] Money Talks, Interrupt,
"Zefram Cochrane admitted to being motivated by one thing in accomplishing the first warp flight: money. It was a powerful influence in yesterday's society."
-Plays on any  icon personnel present with your Acquisition OR Greed personnel. It is under your control for rest of turn.

[254]Dom-Jot, Dilemma, planet, Countdown: 3
"Billiards-like game with an irregularly shaped table. Cortin Zweller tried to cheat a couple of Nausicaans who had cheated him at the game at the Bonestell Recreational Facility."
-Unless personnel with attributes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7 and 8 present, place on planet. Away Team may not proceed without Guramba OR Treachery x3. (Does not affect the Borg.)

[255] Dominion Internment Camp 371, Station, Dominion,
"Asteroid-based prison facility commanded by the Vorta Deyos. Jem'Hadar guards here enjoyed fighting with prisoners."
-Plays on any compatible space location. Has a Brig. Relocate all your captives here. For every captive here, you may download one Impersonate Captive to a Founder present. SD Jem'Hadar Challenge (Unique.)
-SHIELDS: 24

NOTES
[251] Kira once asked permission to search a ship for dolamide which could be used to power weapons. That's the reason dor this card.
[252] For example, Admiral Picard could be put in stasis to make Keiko O'Brien an Admiral (his title) and matching commander of the Enterprise. When the countdown ends, the personnel wakes up and its title and matching commander status is restored.
[253] A good Ferengi support card. Personnel are used as if they were your own until "stopped". The card is worded in such a way that you could regain control of your own personnel if necessary.
[254] That means that, in the Away Team, there must be personnel with attributes equaling 1, 2, etc. These numbers can come from the same personnel (well, three of them anyway) or from different ones. To Each His Own also nullifies it.
[255] A compatible location is any mission your Dominion personnel can attempt, including an Any can attempt, and those you're spying on. The special download is of course once per game.

ENTRIES
[256] Dominion
[257] Donaldson
[258] Doosodarians
[259] Dopa system
[260] Dopterians

DREAM CARDS
[256] Join Dominion, Objective
-Plays on table. You may immediately download one Dominion Treaty to table. While in play,  cards may not initiate battle against your cards from one affiliation (your choice). Immediately release all  icon captives in your possession. Opponent must release all captives from targeted affiliation. If target affiliation ever initiates battle against  cards OR captures  icon personnel, discard Objective.

[257] Donaldson, Personnel, Federation
"Enterprise-D crewmember. Part of Lt. Commander Geordi LaForge's engineering staff during the soliton wave rider test in 2368."
-ENGINEER, Navigation; Where present, may redirect Soliton Wave to another ship present;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 6

[258] Empty Poetry, Interrupt
"Doosodarian art included an unusual form of poetry that contained empty spaces, or lacunae, during which the poet encouraged the audience to acknowledge the emptiness of the experience."
-Download Lacunae. OR Nullify Shakespeare's Own Words OR any card that requires a player to yell or speak certain words. OR Place up to 3 personnel present with your android (your choice) in stasis until the start of your next turn. (Not cumulative.)

[259] Restore Order, Mission, planet, Cardassian
Dopa system: Restore order to this Cardassian system after the collapse of the Cardassian/Dominion alliance.
-(OFFICER x3 OR Legate Damar) + WEAPONS>8 + (Honor OR Obsidian Order)
-Span: 3; 35 points

[260] Forsk, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Dopterian thief who stole Lwaxana Troi's precious latinum hair-brooch on Deep Space 9 in 2368. Unreadable to telepaths."
-CIVILIAN, Treachery, Smuggling; Suspends the use of Empathy where present
-INTEGRITY: 3, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 6

NOTES
[256] The Objective in no way forbids the Dominion from infiltrating, using Invasive Transporters and Commandeering ships so long as they don't initiate battle. If you're using more than one affiliation, your captives may still go to the Brig of your non-targeted affiliation without breaking the "treaty".
[257] But what will a Soliton Wave strategy look like?
[258] Will nullify such cards as Klingon Death Yell. You may need to speak to, for example, state a target for a card, but that doesn't fall under the heading of "speaking certain words". Some that do include, Interrogation, Guilty-Provisionally and Devidian Door.
[259] Legate Damar, with his Honor, only needs a strong ship to score an easy 35 points.
[260] Nameless, "Forsk" comes from the episode he is from, "The Forsaken". Plant him a mission with Cardassian Trap and watch your opponent become unable to pass the dilemma.

ENTRIES
[261] Doraf I
[262] dorak
[263] Dorek syndrome
[264] Dorian
[265] Dorias Cluster

DREAM CARDS
[261] Terraforming Project, Mission, planet, Bajoran/Federation/Klingon
Doraf I: Start work on terraforming this currently desolate planet.
-ENGINEER x3 + Exobiology x2 + Biology
-Span: 4; 35 points; Your side: SD Terraforming Station

[262] Simple Barter, Dilemma, planet
"When Data was stranded on Barkon IV, he had to use doraks to pay for the things he wanted or needed. The village still used primitives modes of barter."
-Unless Treachery present, one Equipment card present is discarded and you must draw one card (you may draw two if Acquisition is present). Discard dilemma.

[263] Dorek Syndrome, Dilemma, space/planet, Countdown: 3, 5 points
"Rare incurable disease that afflicts one out of every five million Ferengi. Quark was falsely diagnosed with the disease in 2372, in a ploy to have him sell his remains before he was dead."
-Unless MEDICAL without Greed or Treachery present, place on one Ferengi present (opponent's choice). It dies when countdown ends and you immediately score points unless FCA present.

[264] Dorian, Ship, Non-Aligned
"Transport vessel attacked near planet Rekeg-Seronia while transporting ambassador Ves Alkar to that planet in hopes of mediating a peace there."
-Transport class[] SD New Counselor
RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 3, SHIELDS: 6

[265] Search for Exile, Mission, space, Ferengi
Dorias Cluster: Track down exiled former DaiMon in this dense part of space.
-FCA + SECURITY x2 + STRENGTH>35
-Span: 4; 30 points; When solved, you may capture one opposing Ferengi at this location.

NOTES
[261] The download is only on your side and you need not solve the mission to make the download. Supercedes the rule that Terraforming station must be seeded.
[262] The one card draw is mandatory. The second card draw (if Acquisition present) is optional. An Equipment card is not a requirement.
[263] The MEDICAL personnel itself must not have the two listed skills. Points are scored when the Ferengi dies.
[264] n/a
[265] The trick is getting that Ferengi to that location at the appropriate time. How about stealing the mission DURING an opponent's mission attempt?

ENTRIES
[266] Dorvan V
[267] Dosi
[268] Douwd
[269] Down the River Light
[270] Doyle, Sir Arthur Conan

DREAM CARDS
[266] Exists as Evacuation.

[267] Dosi Traders, Personnel, Dominion,
"Zyree and Inglatu acted as middle-persons between the Dominion and the Ferengi in the tulaberry wine trade."
-CIVILIAN/CIVILIAN; Zyree: Biology, Greed, SD Tulaberry Wine; Inglatu: Acquisition, May "stop" one Ferengi present
-INTEGRITY: 6+5, CUNNING: 6+7, STRENGTH: 7+11

[268] Kevin Uxbridge: Revelation, Interrupt
"Kevin Uxbridge, at first seeming to be a lone survivor on Delta Rana V, revealed himself to be an immortal and powerful Douwd who had fallen in love with a human."
-Reveals all  Events and Incidents in play, even your own.

[269] 17 Volumes?!?, Dilemma, space/planet, 5 points
"Caster's seminal work, Down the River Light, once read in its entirety by Audrid Dax to her daughter, was a whopping 17 volumes long."
-If present, one personnel with total attributes>17 and one personnel with total attributes<17 are "stopped". Score points. Discard dilemma.

[270] Sherlock Holmes Mysteries, Program, 5 points
"Holographic recreation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic mystery adventures. Data was a fan of Doyle's work and would often take the role of Sherlock Holmes in this program."
-While play, any Sherlock Holmes  icon personnel or equipment may report directly to this site. Professor Moriarty reported here is worth points while outside the Holodeck.
Now exists as Holoprogram: 221B Baker Street.

NOTES
[266] n/a
[267] A Dominion dual-personnel card.
[268] If the game text makes it clear that it must be in play, then it is, countdowns and all. Objectives are not affected.
[269] Screwed up on this one by calling the Caster card Down the River Light. Hadn't expected it here, so I had to do something else. More of a self-seed, but also an odd filter.
[270] Moriarty is only worth points while the Program is active. If deactivated and later reactivated at the same Holodeck, the points are still good. Moriarty, of course, can leave with Holo-Projectors or the Holo-Emitter.

ENTRIES
[271] Dozaria
[272] Drabian love sonnet
[273] Draco lizards
[274] Draebidium calimus
[275] Draebidium froctus

DREAM CARDS
[271] Exists as Search for Survivors.

[272] Q in Love, Q-Event
"Kathryn, my sweet..."
-Plays on table until next Q-Flash. While in play, any time one of your personnel is relocated due to a Love Interest dilemma, it is shuffled into opponent's Q-Continuum side-deck instead. When encountered, immediately joins Away Team or crew experiencing Q-Flash.

[273] Extinct Species, Interrupt
"On Earth, the Draco lizard, a species of flying reptile indigenous to southeast Asia, was extinct by the year 2000. It went the way of many other species."
-When any ANIMAL dies, play on table to kill all ANIMALs of the same species as well. While in play, no ANIMALs of that species may be reported.

[274] Seedling, Event, 3 points
"As Keiko O'Brien brought back specimen of Draebidium calimus to the Enterprise, she and the rest of her crew were turned into children by a transporter malfunction. The plant, also affected, became a seedling."
-Plays where your Botanist present OR where Rascals is affecting your personnel. Worth points for every Youth personnel present. Nullified if Plasma Fire ever present OR by Fire Sculptor.

[275] Common Mistake, Interrupt
"Upon returning to the Enterprise-D from planet Marlonia, Ensign Ro mistook a Draebidium calimus for a Draebidium froctus. An easy mistake, they looked alike."
-Plays when any personnel is chosen to be targeted by a dilemma by your opponent. Choose to target one personnel present with at least one skill, classification, icon (except affiliation and ) or attribute number in common with target personnel to be targeted instead.

NOTES
[271] n/a
[272] The Borg are naturally immune to this.
[273] Stops abuse of some of the more battle-heavy universal AtoZ animals. Might even be instrumental in combatting the Tribbles.
[274] A Ressikan Flute for Youth (who get quite a boost in AtoZ, by the way). The Event stays even if the Botanist (as listed in personnel lore) leaves or Rascals is cured.
[275] This can be played everytime a dilemma says of a selection, "opponent's choice" (on your own personnel) or "your choice" (as encountered by his or her personnel). Random selections are unaffected.

ENTRIES
[276] Drafting Room 5
[277] drag coefficient
[278] Draim
[279] Drake equation
[280] Drake, shuttlecraft

DREAM CARDS
[276] Holographic Solution, Interrupt
"When aceton assimilators stumped the Enterprise's Chief Engineer Geordi LaForge, he created a holodeck program to help him work out a solution."
-At any location you have a Holodeck, suspend dilemma resolution to download one  icon personnel there that meets one or several of the requirements on a just-encountered dilemma.

[277] Fluidic Drag, Dilemma, space
"Objects moving through a fluid, like air or water, are subject to a frictional force relative to their speed in that medium. The Enterprise's crew was wary of such a drag coefficient while moving in the FGC-47 nebula."
-If at a nebula, ship is damaged unless 4 Navigation present. If not, crew may not continue until sensors are realigned by ENGINEER and Stellar Cartography.

[278] Draim, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Powerful member of the Orion Syndicate. Specialized in blackmail and extortion from his base of operations on Frinnea Prime."
-VIP, SECURITY, Treachery, Greed x2; Orion Syndicate personnel in play are STRENGTH +2; Nemesis icon (green, right-facing);
-INTEGRITY: 2, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 6

[279] Drake Equation, Event, Countdown: 2
"Astronomer Frank Drake worked out an equation for estimating the number of technologically-sophisticated civilizations in the galaxy."
-Plays on table. While in play, one personnel may report for free to every matching facility in play each turn. (Not cumulative.)

[280] Drake, Ship, Federation
"Auxiliary shuttlecraft attached to the USS Voyager. Ensign Harry Kim commanded it in 2373 when it intersected a timestream, sending him to an alternate reality."
-Type VIII Shuttlecraft[] SD Alternate Universe Door
-RANGE: 6, WEAPONS: 3, SHIELDS: 4

NOTES
[276] You can download a hologram to a planet only if 1) you have a Holodeck on a ship at that spaceline location, and 2) Holo-Projectors is in play.
[277] Different effects depending on the mission location. Since there's no drag coefficient in normal empty space, the drag must a malfunction in the sensors, thus the second effect.
[278] The green nemesis icon is opposite Arissa's. He is affected by his own attribute boost.
[279] Affects both players, so be careful with this one. "Matching" is a very strict term, meaning that only NA personnel could report for free at the Husnock Outpost, and only Neutral personnel could report to a Terraforming Station or Colony. It also means you can report personnel directly to Stations which normally don't allow for such. Any Site is good on a Nor. The limit is one matching personnel per facility per turn.
[280] Harry Kim is its matching commander.

ENTRIES
[281] Drake, USS
[282] Draken IV
[283] Drakina Forest dwellers
[284] "Dramatis Personae"
[285] Drathan puppy lig

DREAM CARDS
[281] USS Drake, Ship, Federation

-Wambundu Class[] Tractor Beam, Holodeck

[283] Paranormals, Event
"When Kes experienced problems with her paranormal mental abilities, Neelix told her about the Drakina Forest dwellers native to the Delta Quadrant who shared such abilities."
-Plays on any facility. While in play, owner's Ocampa, Eris, Mindmeld personnel and Empathy personnel can and must report to that facility.

[284]Dramatis Personae, Dilemma, space
"On Stardate 46922.3, the crew of the IKC Toh'Kaht's minds were taken over by unknown entities forcing them to act out an alien drama which ended with the death of most roles."
-Unless 2 Anthropology, place on ship. Quarantined. Personnel aboard all gain Treachery. At the end of each of your turns, personnel with lowest total attributes dies. Cure with new MEDICAL and Computer Skill. (Doubled if Salthan'a Clock present.)

[285] Drathan Puppy Lig, Personnel, Neutral,
"Animal life-form kept as a pet. In the Mirror universe, prized for its fierceness and soft golden fur."
-ANIMAL, Youth; Report one per turn for free where  icon present;  icon personnel are STRENGTH +1. (Cumulative.)
-INTEGRITY: 1, CUNNING: 2, STRENGTH: 6

NOTES
[281] A ship with a holographic matching commander. Even if universal, multiple Paul Rices will not make Captain's Log cumulative.
[282] Unificationists are listed as part of the Unification movement or Romulan underground in their lores.
[283] Yes, I consider Eris a paranormal even if her card fails to mention her telekinetic abilities. You can play this event on yourself (favoring the *can* report ability) or on your opponent (favoring the *must* report ability). Also makes reporting to ships and sites impossible regardless of game text.
[284] You can still attempt and solve space missions as the death toll goes up, with the added Treachery no less.
[285] The entry comes fromm "Crossover", so I decided to tie the animal in with the Mirror universe cards.

ENTRIES
[286] Drayan II
[287] Drayans
[288] Draygo IV
[289] Draylon II
[290] Drazman, Admiral

DREAM CARDS
[286] Attend Ritual, Mission, planet, Federation/Non-Aligned,
Drayan Moon: Attend death ritual of elder (yet outwardly youthful) Drayans.
-Anthropology x3 OR Any Drayan with Youth
-Span: 3; 35 points

[287] Reverse Aging, Interrupt
"The Delta quadrant Drayans lived their lives in reverse, becoming more youthful and innocent as their life progressed. In the Alpha quadrant, dangerous age-reversing drugs have been invented to do artificially what the Drayans do naturally."
-Plays on any Drayan OR personnel at Extraction. That personnel gains an Youth. If it already had Youth, dies and placed out-of-play.

[288] Study Ecosystem, Mission, planet, Cardassian/Federation
Draygo IV: Study potential colony site to transplant populations from DMZ or planets in danger.
-Biology + Geology + (SCIENCE x2 OR CIVILIAN x2)

[290] Admiral Drazman, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet official in charge of the Proxima Maintenance Yards. Long-winded and generally uninteresting conversationalist. Nicknamed 'Droner' Drazman."
-VIP, ENGINEER, Anthropology; May "stop" one drone or Rogue Borg present; Calvin Hutchinson is attributes +2 where present;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 4

NOTES
[286] The "elder" Drayans in AtoZ all have Youth.
[287] At once a reference to the Voyager episode "Innocence" and TNG's "Too Short a Season" in which Admiral Jamison made himself younger through the drug found on Cerebus II (Extraction). With two of these, you can kill any one personnel there.
[288] NOT in the DMZ, but close to the Cardassian border.
[289] That last requirement means your opponent must have 10+ points more than you do to solve the mission.
[290] Sorry about the drone joke. A "stopped" Rogue Borg may not attack that turn, but is not discarded. Calvin Hutchinson is the other boring "droner" in Star Trek. I'm sure these two would have a great time together.

ENTRIES
[291] Dreadnought
[292] "Dreadnought"
[293] Dream of the Fire, The
[294] drechtal beam
[295] Drema IV

DREAM CARDS
[291] Dreadnought, Ship, Cardassian,
"Experimental Cardassian tactical missile weapon programmed to destroy a Maquis munitions base in the Badlands. Carries a thousand kilotons of antimatter. Can accomodate a small crew."
-Tactical missile[] Moves without staff. May crashland on a planet destroying all cards on the surface.
-RANGE: 5, WEAPONS: 0, SHIELDS: 8

[292] Intercept Weapon, Objective,
-Seeds or plays on table. While in play, your personnel may beam aboard empty Dreadnoughts, Weapons Platforms and Attack Satellites (even if they cannot usually admit personnel) and, if Computer Skill present, download Commandeer Ship there. Once ship commandeered, you may disable it permanently and beam your personnel out.

[293] The Dream of the Fire, Interrupt
"The Dream of the Fire is a classic Klingon work of literature by K'Ratak. Worf gave Data a leather-bound copy of the book when the android thought of resigning from Starfleet as a parting gift."
-Plays on your personnel present with a Klingon. While in play, that personnel is considered to be Klingon. OR Plays on IKC K'Ratak to repair all damage on it. OR Downloads one fully-staffed IKC K'Ratak to your facility.

[294] Severed Connection, Interrupt
"With a drechtal beam, you can surgically sever neural connections between the brain and body of a patient, as Toby Russell once did to Worf."
-Plays on any Away Team. It is no longer connected to its ship. OR If Genetronic Replicator in play, plays to heal and unstop once just-mortally wounded personnel.

[295] Exists as Survey Instability.

NOTES
[291] The Dreadnought has no natural weapons, though weapon enhancements can add them. It is destroyed if it crashlands.
[292] A commandeered "weapon" must be recommandeered by your opponent if he wants control back. You may disable the ship or use it as your own, or even use it and leave it disabled.
[293] A new-born Klingon can use all Klingon-specific cards. Its species changes, not its affiliation. A fully-staffed K'Ratak only has one personel aboard (with a Staff or equivalent Command icon).
[294] The first function can play havoc with any card played on a ship that also affects its Away Teams (like Memory Wipe).
[295] n/a

-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 9

[299] Driver Coil Failure, Dilemma, space

-If ship has no staffing requirements, its RANGE is disabled until 2 ENGINEER present. Crew stopped. Discard dilemma.
