[104] Finn, Marla E.
[105] Finnea Prime

DREAM CARDS
[101] Finding and Winning Your Perfect Mate, Interrupt
"Book written by Dr. Jennings Rain, an expert in humanoid interpersonal relationships. As yet unread by Geordi LaForge or Julian Bashir."
-Nullifies any Love Interest or Romance dilemma. OR Downloads Kamala to your unique male in play. OR Allows you to play a Love Interest dilemma from hand as an Interrupt card on one personnel in play.

[102] Finiis'ral, Dilemma, space/planet
"Krisian term for the final stage of sexual maturation of an empathic metamorph. Elevated pheromone production distract close-by males to a great extent."
-If female with Empathy present, all males present are "stopped", for two turns if Empath is Kamala. (Discard dilemma.)

[103] Kyril Finn, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Charismatic leader of Ansata terrorists of Rutia IV. Abducted Beverly Crusher. Hoped to get the Federation involved. A complicated man."
-CIVILIAN, Treachery, Leadership, SECURITY, Diplomacy; SD Dimensional Shifting
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 7

[104] Marla Finn, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet officer who helped build the Enterprise-D at Utopia Planetia Fleet Yards. Romantically involved with Walter Pierce, but had an affair with another man."
-ENGINEER, Computer Skill, Treachery x½; May report for free on Mars; May replace Deanna Troi in any random selection;
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

[105] Orion Syndicate Sting, Mission, planet, Bajoran/Federation/Non-Aligned
Finnea Prime: Infiltrate Orion Syndicate in sting operation to take out one of its leaders.
-Law x2 + SECURITY x2 + Smuggling + (Section 31 OR shape-shifter OR Arissa)
-Span: 4; 40 points; Orion Syndicate members may report here directly while unsolved.

NOTES
[101] Kamala is, of course, the empathic metamorph from "The Perfect Mate".
[102] Your own female with Empathy could be present, nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
[103] Dimensional Shifting should come up soon enough, under folded space.
[104] The last skill is a joke skill: the actress who portrayed Finn, Nora Leonhardt, was also Marina Sirtis's stand-in on TNG.
[105] As soon as the mission is solved, you may not report personnel here using the special game text.

ENTRIES
[106] finoplak
[107] Fire Plains
[108] fire ants
[109] fire beast of Sullus
[110] fire caves

DREAM CARDS
[106] Melting Uniform, Event, Countdown: 3
"Kivas Fajo used one hundred denkirs of the colorless solvent, finoplak to melt Data's uniform while the android was in his custody."
-Plays on any aligned personnel present with your Acquisition (for free if Kivas Fajo). Personnel is  and yours to use until countdown ends.

[107] Remember the Fire Plains, Event
"The Fire Plains are a particularly inhospitable stretch of land on planet Vulcan. Tuvok would think of them from time to time."
-Plays on table. While in play, Firestorms encountered are placed on planet and their game text is resolved at the end of each turn. Also, your Vulcans are unaffected by Firestorms and Deserts.

[108] Fire Ants, Dilemma, planet, Countdown: 2
"Destructive and venomous mound-building red ants, Solenopsis saevissima, native to Earth, whose bites are particularly irritating to humanoids."
-Unless Borg OR android OR Exobiology OR human with Biology present, all personnel present are "stopped" until countdown ends. (Discard dilemma.)

[109] Fire Beast of Sullus, Dilemma, planet
"A popular Drayan folktale told of the Fire Beast of Sullus, a creature that would spit fire from its nostrils when angered. It is unknown what basis this story has in fact."
-Unless Thermal Deflectors in play OR Drayan present, one personnel present is killed (random selection). Nullify with 2 Anthropology OR Fire Sculptor.

[110] Fire Caves, Headquarters, Bajoran/Cardassian
"Sacred site on Bajor where the Pah-Wraiths were imprisoned. Location of last battle between good and evil."
-Seeds on Bajor. May coexist with other facilities. Once per turn, one  icon personnel OR Emissary may report for free here. X = number of  icons present. (Not duplicatable.)
-SHIELDS: 12X

NOTES
[106] De-uniforms (aligns) personnel. Get it?
[107] Since the Firestorm is only resolved at the end of the turn even when first encountered, personnel are not stopped or killed right away. They may escape before the storm hits. Desert and Firestorm cannot kill a Vulcan while event is in play.
[108] The Federation-aligned Seven of Nine will be considered Borg for purposes of this dilemma.
[109] The dilemma isn't discarded until either its conditions are met OR it is nullified. Toughie.
[110] The Pah-Wraith icon is a sort of reverse Orb icon which will figure on late versions of Dukat and Winn, among others. Example of X resolution: if three Pah-Wraith icon personnel present, SHIELDS are 36.

ENTRIES
[111] fire snakes
[112] fire suppression system
[113] firefighting
[114] firomactal drive
[115] First City

DREAM CARDS
[111] Fire Snakes, Dilemma, planet
"Reptilian species in the Delta quadrant (but with cousins all over the galaxy). According to Wixiban, the Kolaati are as mean as fire snakes."
-Unless ANIMAL OR 2 Exobiology OR 3 hand weapons, one personnel present (opponent's choice) is mortally wounded. Dies at the end of your turn unless 3 MEDICAL present by that time.

[112] Fire Suppression System, Event
"System aboard starships that automatically extinguishes flames. Inadvertantly set off by group of Bringloidi colonists aboard the USS Enterprise."
-Plays on table. While in play, no cards may be downloaded to your ships using Tactic cards AND protects your ships from Someone's Built a Campfire!? and Campfires and Stills. (Immune to Kevin Uxbridge.)

[113]Someone's Built a Campfire!?, Interrupt
"When the Bringloidi were aboard the USS Enterprise-D, they tried to light fires to cook their food, but were thwarted by the ship's fire suppression force fields."
-Immediately "stops" all personnel with CUNNING<5 aboard ships or facilities OR "unstops" all personnel with CUNNING>7 on any planet.

[114] Firomactal Drive, Event, , Countdown: 3
"Fictional computer device that Riker made up to confuse the Ferengi who took over the Enterprise-D in 2369. A prize for winning at fizzbin. Runs on corbomite."
-Plays on your ship (for free if Willian T. Riker aboard). It may not be commandeered and is RANGE +X, where X=number of Ferengi in play (limit of 4). (Not cumulative.)

[115] First City, Headquarters, Klingon
"Seat of government on Klingon Homeworld, Qo'noS. Site of the Great Hall and the high council."
-Seeds or plays on Qo'noS. May coexist with The Great Hall. Once per turn, one Klingon CIVILIAN OR Law personnel OR Klingon Intelligence personnel OR  Headquarters may report or play for free here. (Not duplicatable.)
-SHIELDS: 44

NOTES
[111] Cards that affect "mortally wounded" personnel (like Hypospray) can be used to affect the target personnel.
[112] An example of a Tactic card downloading a card to your ship is Picard Maneuver's Warp Core Breach/Plasma Fire download.
[113] Play during opponent's turn to stop all dumb personnel aboard ships or facilities (your own too, but they won't be moving during your opponent's turn) OR use during your own turn to unstop your smart personnel (unstopping opponent's personnel has no effect during your turn).
[114] Puts a little more spice to Riker, a card that was really shafted in Premiere. The mention of fizzbin and corbomite is a little joke, since it was a card game and strategy, respectively, invented by Kirk in much the same way as the Drive here.
[115] The only HQ that allows a free play of another HQ! As such, it doesn't allow reporting of too many personnel itself.

ENTRIES
[116] "First Contact"
[117] "First Duty, The"
[118] First Hebitian civilization
[119] First Meal
[120] First One

DREAM CARDS
[116] Paranoid Culture, Dilemma, planet
"First contact with the Malkorians proved to be too dangerous when it was learned that that society was very paranoid, and wouldn't take kindly to 'space invaders'."
-Away Team may not continue unless Klingon Intelligence OR shape-shifter OR Obsidian Order OR FCA OR Section 31 OR Tal Shiar OR 4  Borg OR 5 Diplomacy present.

[117] Cadet Crusher, Personnel, Federation
"Wesley Crusher's stay at Starfleet Academy threw him into a scandal when one of his flight partners died in an accident."
-OFFICER, Youth, Navigation x2, Stellar Cartography; Honor; Nick Locarno may work with  where present;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 5

[118] Hebitian Vault, Artifact
"The First Hebitian civilization was an ancient people of Cardassia. Burial vaults like this one are magnificent and filled with jeweled artifacts."
-Seeds only at a Cardassian Region planet location. May seed up to 3 additional artifacts here. They are earned or acquired if your Archaeology present, discarded otherwise.

[119] First Meal, Event, Countdown: 3
"Celebration on planet Miridian, commemorating the inhabitants' brief return to corporeal form. In 2371, the crew of the Defiant shared in the festivities."
-Plays on any planet if one of its natives present. You may play up to 5 Food cards here as if it were a Food-serving Site.

[120]First Tasha, Personnel, Non-Aligned/Federation
"Ligonian First One. Tasha Yar was briefly Lutan of Ligon II's first spouse. Fought with Yareena fo this honor."
-SECURITY, CIVILIAN, Honor; STRENGTH +1 vs. females; SD Glavin
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 8

NOTES
[116] A flip side to Primitive Culture.
[117] If Cadet Wesley is ever separated from Nick, Nick will have to be placed under house arrest.
[118] Don't lose that Archaeology! The artifacts go into the discard pile though, where some cards will allow them to be played. Note that the Vault itself must be acquired to trigger the game text, SO if The Charybdis is in play, the artifacts are not discarded, because the Vault isn't acquired.
[119] A way to bring Food cards to a planet. The cards must still be upkept normally.
[120] As per all Tashas to date, I haven't changed the attributes.

ENTRIES
[121] First Republic
[122] first contact
[123] "Firstborn"
[124] fish juice
[125] "Fistful of Datas, A"

DREAM CARDS
[121] First Republic Documents, Artifact
"Ancient Bajoran government documents. Manuscripts before the fall of the First Republic were found in an old library and reopened in 2371."
-Place in hand until played on table as an Event card. While in play, equipment and ships may report to The Emissary as well as personnel. Discard at any time to download Ancient Sail Vessel to anywhere in play.

[122] Represented by Stop First Contact.

[123] Lursor, Son of B'Etor, Personnel, Klingon,
"Son of B'etor, sister of Duras. Born just before she was killed during a battle with USS Enterprise-D. In a possible future, grew to hate that ship's name."
-VIP, Treachery x2, Leadership, Geology; All your ships in play are WEAPONS and SHIELDS +2 vs. any Enterprise;
-INTEGRITY: 3, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 8

[124] Fish Juice, Food
"Cardassian beverage. Member of the Union often enjoyed hot fish juice as a morning drink. Repulsive to other species."
-At same spaceline location, Cardassian and Antedian personnel are STRENGTH +1 (cumulative) and all other personnel (except Ferengi) are STRENGTH -2 (not cumulative).

[125] Sheriff Worf, Personnel, Federation
"Klingon Sheriff of the holographic town of Deadwood. Worf played this role created for him by his son, Alexander. Wore a star as a badge of office."
-SECURITY, Leadership, Honor; SD Winchester; Alexander Rozhenko gains SECURITY where present;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 10
Now exists as Sheriff Worf.

NOTES
[121] Full reporting ability for The Emissary!
[122] n/a
[123] The unborn Duras family member, he's a rival of K'mtar's. The name is invention, based on the way Picard sometimes pronounces Lursa's name.
[124] So a Cardassian with STRENGTH 8 would boost to 9, while your Klingon with similar STRENGTH would drop to 6. Multiple Fish Juice boosts your Cardies cumulatively, but the STRENGTH drop of other species is not cumulative. Ferengi are immune because they also have disgusting dietary habits.
[125] n/a

ENTRIES
[126] fistrium
[127] fizzbin
[128] Flaherty, Commander
[129] flaked blood fleas
[130] flambé noodles

DREAM CARDS
[126] Protective Caves, Event
"Data speculated that the presence of fistrium and kelbonite made it impossible for the Crystalline Entity to scan into the caves where the Melona IV colonists hid."
-Plays on any planet location. Protects personnel present from Crystalline Entity, The Sheliak and Wake of the Borg. (Immune to Kevin Uxbridge.)

[127]Fizzbin, Dilemma, space/planet, Countdown: 3
"Fictitious card game played with perfectly ordinary deck of terran playing cards but with extraordinarily complicated rules. Played by Kirk and Quark."
-Unless any Kirk OR any Quark OR Mickey D. present, plays on table. While in play, if the sun has set, all negative bonus points are positive AND left-handed players must have Barber Pole in play to report personnel.

[128]Flaherty, Personnel, Federation
"First officer of the USS Aries. Possesses uncanny linguistic skills. Speaks over 40 languages, including Klingon, Giamon and Stroyerian."
-OFFICER, Diplomacy, Navigation, Anthropology; May nullify Shaka, When the Walls Fell and Slow Translator where present;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 5

[129] Flaked Blood Fleas, Food
"Ferengi delicacy. A favorite of Grand Nagus Zek's. You know they're ripe when they burst in your mouth without the need to chew them."
-At same spaceline location, your Ferengi are STRENGTH +1 (cumulative) and your Nagus may report directly to this Food-serving site (for free if any Zek).

[130] Flambé Noodles, Food
"Side dish of long thin pasta served flaming. To light the dish, a flamable alcoholic spirit is recommended, such as cognac or sherry."
-When played, you may immediately play Plasma Fire for free at same spaceline location (once per turn). While in play, once per turn, opponent must (if possible) discard one of their alcoholic Food cards in play.

NOTES
[126] Those cards still affect equipment, ships and facilities, so while your colonists would be spared, your Colony would not.
[127] Fizzbin gets an entry here because Quark once mentioned it. The dilemma affects bonus points already earned (or deducted really), and revert to normal when the dilemma has counted down. Ambidextrous players are not left-handed for purposes of this card. To use, I suggest you know who and when you'll play.
[128] n/a
[129] "Any" Zek still requires that Zek to be a Nagus.
[130] First function: since you can take Food cards back into hand and re-play them, you could play many Plasma Fires on the strength of that one plate of noodles. Second function: While Food cards can be played and returned to hand within the space of a single turn, opponent MUST discard an alcohol card rather than return it to hand if that is the only alcohol card in play during that turn.

ENTRIES
[131] flan
[132] "Flashback"
[133] Flaxian assassins
[134] Fleet Museum
[135] Fleming, USS

DREAM CARDS
[131] Flan, Food
"Earth dessert comprised of a molded custard topped with caramel syrup. Oh my."
-While in play, your Cooking personnel may each, once per turn, "stop" one opposing personnel present. Nullified by The Devil.

[132]Captain Sulu, Personnel, Federation,
"Captain of the Excelsior. Hikaru Sulu spent three years cataloguing gaseous anomalies. Instrumental in saving the Khitomer Accords. Confronted Kang."
-OFFICER, Navigation x2, Leadership, Stellar Cartography; Protects your Federation treaties from nullification; ;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 7

[133] Exists as Flaxian Assassin.

[134] Bridge of the Starship Enterprise, Program
"Holographic recreation of the original Enterprise's bridge. After Montgommery Scott found himself in his 'future', he longed for this simpler environment."
- icon personnel may report here as  personnel. If commandeering this ship or facility, opponent must have Computer Skill present here as well.

[135] USS Fleming, Ship, Federation
"Starfleet medical transport. Registry number NCC-20316. Carried rare biomimetic gel through the Hekaras Corridor in 2370."
-Wambundu Class[] MEDICAL; Discard to nullify one Subspace Warp Rift where present
-RANGE: 8, WEAPONS: 4, SHIELDS: 5

NOTES
[131] More uses for your cooks. When a Food card is nullified, it goes to the discard pile, not your hand.
[132] The younger Sulu will make an appearance under S.
[133] n/a
[134] The TOS holos remain holos throughout the game if reported here (or until reported to an actual facility). During a commandeering attempt, opponent should have personnel both at Ops/Bridge AND Holodeck/Holosuite. If there are no sites on this ship, opponent is automatically considered to have Computer Skill at all locations.
[135] The ship is not damaged by the Rift if it nullifies it on the same turn it stopped there. It IS a transport.

ENTRIES
[136] Fletcher, Ensign
[137] flight controller
[138] flitterbird
[139] floater
[140] Flores, Marissa

DREAM CARDS
[136] Fletcher, Personnel, Federation
"Ensign aboard USS Enterprise-D during a mission to the Typhon Expanse in 2368. Caught Geordi LaForge when he fell from a catwalk."
-ENGINEER, SECURITY; Where present, may remove one other personnel from random selections;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 7

[137] Helm Console, Event
"Standard display on most modern starships. Also called the conn, console often located ahead of the captain's chair from which to pilot the vessel."
-Plays on your ship docked at your facility. While you have a Navigation personnel aboard, ship is RANGE +3. (Captain's Order.)

[138] Flitterbird, Personnel, Neutral,
"Holographic re-creation of an avian life-form indigenous to planet Rhymus Major, a world used as a template for a holosuite picnic by Quark."
-ANIMAL;  personnel present are INTEGRITY +1 (cumulative); *May "flitter" out of pairing with opposing personnel, otherwise STRENGTH=0
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 1, STRENGTH: *

[139] Floater Ride, Dilemma, planet
"A ride on a small hovercraft used as recreational transportation may sound like an ideal escape from the dreary Away Team chores handed out by captains."
-Unless all personnel present have  icon, up to three personnel without  or  icons (random selection) are "stopped". Mission continues. Discard dilemma.

[140] Marissa Flores, Personnel, Federation
"Daughter of an Enterprise-D crew member. One of the winners of the primary-school science fair. Named Number One by Picard during emergency."
-CIVILIAN, Youth, SCIENCE; Leadership (if this ship damaged); Any Jean-Luc Picard is INTEGRITY +2 where present
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 2

NOTES
[136] Fletcher cannot remove himself from random selections however. You must announce when a dilemma is encountered.
[137] Matches the format of Tactical Console.
[138] You may choose for the flitterbirds (our first holographic animal) to NOT flitter, and have a STRENGTH of 0 (modified by hand weapons, etc.).
[139] Well, all dilemmas can't be deadly... ;-)
[140] Too strong for a kid? So be it. Heck, she was first officer of the Enterprise for the better part of an episode.

ENTRIES
[141] floriculture
[142] flux capacitance
[143] flux generator
[144] flux spectrometer
[145] foil

DREAM CARDS
[141] New Hobby, Dilemma, space/planet
"Former Maquis crewmember Lon Suder acquired an appreciation of floriculture from his brief mindmeld with Lieutenant Tuvok."
-Unless Mindmeld OR shape-shifter present, place on mission. Mission may not continue until 4 Music OR botanist OR Cooking present.

[142] Flux Capacitor, Interrupt
"Since flux capacitance is a measurable physical quality of energy flow, scientists for hundreds of years have been making such capacitors."
-Destroys Flux Generator (discard all science or engineering-related equipment present). OR Take one Temporal Scan into hand from outside the game. OR Downloads Doc Brown to anywhere in play.

[143]Flux Generator, Equipment
"Science and engineering instrument located in Deep Space 9's science lab. Strangely enough, it generates flux."
-Reports for free to Science Lab. When present where your science and engineering-related equipment may report, up to two may report for free each turn.

[144]Temporal Scan, Interrupt
"Using a flux spectrometer, the crew of the USS Enterprise extended its sensors to detect such things as temporal anomalies."
-Nullifies Temporal Rift OR Time Travel Pod after it has had an effect for at least one turn. OR Downloads one Temporal card to an Anomaly mission. OR Suspends play while you move your ship up to 5 Span.

[145]Foiled Again, Dilemma, space/planet
"When Guinan feigned being hurt during a fencing match, she used Picard's compassion as a weapon against him and scored a hit."
-Unless Guinan OR foil card OR 4 Treachery present, opponent may immediately download one foil card to this spaceline location or to table.

NOTES
[141] Plays a little fast and loose with Trek Sense, but makes a number of usually useless skills (when it comes to mission solving) more useful, including Mindmeld, Music and Cooking. Botanists are listed as such in the lore.
[142] Some of the lore and the Doc Brown download are Back to the Future references.
[143] Where just plain normal equipment can be reported (which would include science and engineering equipment), its game text will have an effect.
[144] First function: you can only bring back a ship, not prevent it from disappearing. Anomaly missions are those with the word anomaly in the title or lore, like Investigate Anomaly (currently the only one).
[145] This card is, of course, the only foil in all of AtoZ, and affects all other foils. A reason to own them except for "prettiness".

ENTRIES
[146] folded-space transport
[147] Folnar III
[148] Folnar jewel plant
[149] food slot
[150] "For the Cause"

DREAM CARDS
[146]Dimensional Shifting, Event
"The Ansata terrorists of Rutia IV used a crude form of folded-space transport to conduct their raids."
-Transports up to 3 of your personnel together in play to another location and back again. At destination, may capture and bring back one Equipment card (to use as your own) or personnel (of less STRENGTH than your highest STRENGTH present) for each of your shifting personnel. Your personnel die at end of turn unless MEDICAL present.

[147]Gem Harvest, Mission, planet, Your side: Cardassian/Ferengi; Opponent's side: Any Betazoid may attempt
Folnar III: Harvest jewels hardened from resin on a plant that only grows here.
-Geology + Greed + Exobiology
-Span: 4; 25 points

[148] Folnar Jewel Plant, Artifact
"Plant from Folnar III. Secretes a resin which hardens into a gem. A Folnar jewel plant could be found in the Enterprise-D arboretum."
-Immediately place on table. While in play, at the end of each of your turns, choose one card from your discard pile (random selection). If a Latinum card, place it into hand. Doubled if acquired at Folnar III. (Not cumulative.)

[149] Food Slot, Event
"Part of a food delivery system aboard older starships. Available in crew recreation and dining facilities, as well as some work areas."
-Plays on any ship that requires  or  icons OR K't'Inga-class or Soyuz-class ship (at any Site if any present). Your Food cards may report here as if it were a Food-serving site.

[150]For the Cause!, Objective,
-Seeds or plays on table. When played, you may download to each location where are located your  icon personnel, Cardassian dissidents, members of the Romulan underground and Resistance personnel one hand weapon or Small Cloaking Device. While in play, those personnel are STRENGTH +2 against their own affiliation and may ignore attack restrictions. Discard if opponent ever has no non-captive personnel in play. (Unique.)

NOTES
[146] One of those broken links and a long one, so I skimped on the lore. Always snaps you back to your original location (with equipment and captives).
[147] A real easy one, but stealable by any Away Team with a Betazoid in it. Low points to be sure, but look at the next artifact.
[148] When doubled, you choose two cards at random. If both are Latinum cards (which would include Latinum Payoff), you replace them both in your hand.
[149] Another boost for Food cards. You gotta allow them to report somehow, and 10-Forward and the Mess Hall aren't out yet.
[150] Maquis personnel might be STRENGTH +2 against Feds, Bajorans or Non-Aligneds, depending. And I guess it makes Spock stronger against Feds, not Romulans, but that lends a certain spark to the card. If all of the opponent's personnel are either dead or captured, dicard the objective.
