[151] For the Uniform,
Objective,
-Seeds or plays on table. When played, you may download to each location
where are located your captains, commanders, Guls, colonels, generals,
Jem'Hadar firsts and DaiMons one hand weapon. While in play, those personnel
are STRENGTH +2 against
personnel, Cardassian dissidents, Romulan underground members and
icon personnel and may ignore attack restrictions. Suspended by the 47th
Rule of Acquisition. (Unique.)
[152] Foraiga, Food
"Difficult-to-obtain Bajoran delicacy. A buffet held aboard the USS
Enterprise on stardate 47941 in honor of Lieutenant Ro Laren featured real
foreiga."
-Where present, your Bajoran personnel are STRENGTH +3 vs. .
Also, this ship or facility is WEAPONS +2 against
if your Bajoran aboard. (Not cumulative.)
[153] Deadly Massage, Dilemma, space/planet
"Jake Sisko's muse, Onaya, drank deep from his creative energies from
his foramen magnum, at the base of his neck."
-Unless 2 SECURITY and MEDICAL present, one Music personnel OR Jake
Sisko present is double attributes until end of this turn, then dies.
[154] Bat'leth Finals, Mission, planet, Any Klingon-only
Away Team may attempt
Forcas III: This is it. Compete in the final Bat'leth tournament of
the season. Winner takes all.
-Honor x3 + any 2 Bat'leths
-Span: 4; 25* points; *+5 per Bat'leth Tournament already completed.
[155]Speed Limit, Event
"On stardate 47310.2, explosive research into the effects of warp propulsion
on space led the Federation Council to impose a speed limit of warp 5 on
all ships."
-Plays on table. While in play, no ship may use more than 5 RANGE per
turn, unless Akira, Intrepid, Sovereign, Negh'var, Keldon or Modified D'deridex-class
OR opponent's cards present with any of yours.
NOTES
[151] The opposite of the just posted
For
the Cause objective. As long as the 47th Rule is in play, the effects
are suspended. Why the 47th? A little tailoring joke. Sorry.
[152] Of course, it's still cumulative
with Kira's own +3, making her +6 against Cardies.
[153] A booster/killer. Actually, if you
follow up with a dilemma that hits high attribute away teams, even the
boost could work to your opponent's disadvantage. Or sacrifice an Amarie
by self-seeding for a much-needed CUNNING boost.
[154] Bat'leth Tournaments completed after
this mission was completed don't add to its total points. Note that the
Federation has enough Klingons with Honor to complete this one, and that
the Bat'leth Tournaments need not have been completed by YOU for you to
earn the bonus.
[155] I put the more "advanced" ships
as exceptions to the speed limit because they may (or do) use enviro-friendly
engines. Your opponent's cards being present with your own would indicate
a state of emergency.

[166] So if a card says, any non-android

it does not add a level of the skill.
[167] Only works for the Cardassian player
(those must be YOUR ships). Ships may not use the Bajoran Wormhole from
either mouth of the hole. May force a confrontation with your ships (to
drop the number to less than the 3 required ships). At the same time, it
serves as a meta-game deterrent to placing outposts and nors at the mouth
of the Wormhole to facilitate travel to the other quadrant. That function

[172] Only Frangs Accepted, Dilemma, planet
"Many planets do not use the credit or latinum-based economy employed
by most of the Alpha quadrant. For example, the Delta quadrant Takarians
use the frang."
-Unless your Acquisition or Greed personnel present discards one non-latinum

NOTES
[171] In the cases of Memory Wipe and
Dramatis Personae, only one personnel becomes free of it (either gets its

[172] Not having the Acquisition/Greed
personnel and equipment card to discard results in the Away Team being
stopped (unless, it says).
[173] Any Scotty includes Montgommery

[174] In the first instance, it "stops"
cross-indexed personnel. In the second, it stops any IN PLAY that are cross-indexed
on dying personnel here. Geordi is no doubt in the picture.
[175] Members of the Nekrit Collective
are very special Borg. For one thing, they have "real" names. They also
have atypical skills and attributes. At some point, there will be an objective
that works especially with the Nekrit Collective, but until then, they're
just like regular Borg (no mission attempts, gender is still meaningless,
etc.). Since gender IS meaningless for Borg, the male present will have
to be a non-assimilated male (an escort, a captive, or opposing personnel).
All skills, even special ones, are dupicated.

[184] Tuck and Roll, Data!, Q-Dilemma
"Strrrrdddddd!"
-Place on any android present (random selection). The next dilemma
encountered where this android present immediately targets that android,
no matter what that card says. Opponent may download Archer from outside
game to this Away Team. If ever killed, place on any other android in play
(opponent's choice). Discard when a Q-Flash is encountered.
[185] Fricandeau Stew, Food, -X points
"Earth dish made with braised veal and root vegetables. It was one
of Chief O'Brien's favorite foods. This is, of course, replicated veal."
-While in play, opponent loses points, where X = 5 x number of non-beverage
Food cards they have in play. (Not cumulative.)
NOTES
[181] So if you have 3 Youth with your
targeted Music, your Ressikan Flute is worth 9 points more. That's in addition
to any Music points already derived from those Youth personnel.
[182] Though universal, the special downloads
can only be used once per game, no matter how many copies of Freud you
have in play, as per rules governing special downloads.
[183] A holographic SECURITY DipHoLe.
[184] This card would show Data as Friar
Tuck with an arrow imbedded in his chest. So, if this is played on Data,
he becomes the target of any dilemma that targets a personnel next encountered,
even if that dilemma specifically excludes androids (or says female with
MEDICAL, or whatever). If he is killed by such a dilemma (or any other
way), opponent chooses another android in play (his own if no other available)
to be targeted. The same conditions apply to that android. Note that a
target android need only be present for the initial encounter of the Q-Dilemma.
[185] Since Food cards may be returned
to hand quite easily, the point loss isn't permament, but may interact
with other cards that require certain points totals to be attained (cards
like Timicin). No animals were harmed in the process of making this card.

card. Opponent may not use any copies of that card during next game with
you. (Not cumulative.)
[188] Exists as Frool.
[189] Fruit Cocktail, Food

docking sites.
NOTES

[187] A cross between Raise the Stakes

NOTES
[191] You can even discard the Food during

[192] Some Youths have no parents. Too
bad. Some have two possibilities. Alexander has Worf and K'Ehleyr, etc.
Only one of the two has to be present to meet the requirement (for each

RANGE -2, WEAPONS -2, SHIELDS -2, HULL -30%
NOTES
[196] The second function works only on
planets. Worth it just to be able to seed all planet/all space missions?
Don't forget The Big Picture.
[197] So if a ship has RANGE 7 and it
wants to fly to a Span 3 mission, it will overshoot to include that Span
4 mission after it. You'll have to jockey for position with this thing
on your back. One of the cures is Spacedock, which the ship must stop at
to discard the dilemma.
[198] She is a counselor, so downloadable
through New Counselor.
[199] If you switch ships, your current
ship goes in the draw deck in place of your new ship (shuffle pile). If
you switch personnel, your current personnel is discarded. Opponent chooses
which personnel is switched, but not which personnel it is switched with.
If no ships exist in draw deck, or personnel in discard pile, that is not
a valid penalty. Time Locations are "corresponding" if they exist in that
location's past of future (Montana Missile Complex corresponds to Espionage
Mission).
[200] Holo-Emitter will only work on your
[holo] personnel, and Emotion Chip on your android. You also get 1 affiliation
icon, 1 skills AND 1 staffing icon. If the personnel already has a staffing
icon, it cannot gain another identical icon. Note that personnel may only
use one staffing icon at a time.
[201] Don't know much about these battle
strategies except they were developed by Kyle Riker. Since Kyle was found
at a destroyed facility in the show, I decided to integrate facilities
into the Tactic. As to the damage marker, it forbids any kind of reporting
aboard a ship through Crew Reassignment, The Emissary or a ship's natural
reporting abilities (like those of the Borg).
