ENTRIES
[51] Harod IV
[52] Harodian miners
[53] Haron, Jal
[54] Harrakis V
[55] Haru Outpost

DREAM CARDS
[51] Stranded Miners, Mission, planet, Federation/Klingon
Harod IV: Pick up stranded miners after their transport missed its rendezvous.
-Geology + Transporter Skill + INTEGRITY>35
-Span: 2; 20 points; When solved, you may download up to 3  personnel with Geology.

[52] Uncouth Passengers, Dilemma, space
"On stardate 45761, the Enterprise picked up three rude miners who created a small disturbance at Ten-Forward because of a beautiful metamorph."
-Unless Diplomacy x2 OR Metamorph present, (your choice) three male personnel present are "stopped" (random selection) OR one female personnel present is "stopped" (opponent's choice). Mission continues.

[53] Jal Haron, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"First maje of the Kazon-Relora. Took part in a disastrous conference between the various Kazon sects and Captain Janeway of the USS Voyager."
-OFFICER, Diplomacy; At same spaceline location, Kazon ships with [Kazon-Relora] icon personnel are WEAPONS and SHIELDS +3; Kazon-Relora icon;
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 9
Now exists as Haron.

[54] Collect Spice, Mission, planet, Ferengi
Harrakis V: Harvest psychogenic spice on this desert planet at high cost but even higher reward.
-Geology x2 + Exobiology + STRENGTH>50 + Discard X Gold-Pressed Latinum
-Span: 3; 35 points; When solved, you may download 2X Gold-Pressed Latinum.

[55] Raid on Outpost, Objective,
-Plays on table. At start of your turn, place on your ship. While in play, if your Resistance personnel aboard, you may beam personnel to opponent's Outposts. They may only be beamed out if no opposing personnel remain at the end of any of your turns. While there, Resistance personnel may act as leaders and are STRENGTH +2 vs. personnel of same affiliation as Outpost.

NOTES
[51] The Klingons are in there because this mission is close to Krios. The download makes up for the low points, I hope.
[52] You have a choice of which effect (3 males OR 1 female stopped), then it's either random or opponent's selections, depending.
[53] The Relora sect was said to be the most powerful of the Kazon sects, with the most ships. That explains the game text.
[54] First, appologies for re-creating Dune, but there wasn't much information on this planet, and its name sounded a whole lot like Arrakis, desert planet. So, I went ahead and paid homage to Frank Herbert. The mission allows you to download twice as much Latinum as you discard. If you discard 0, then 2x0=0. No pain, no gain, but you don't have to discard any at all.
[55] May be a use for the Neutral outpost (not gonna give a whole lot of STRENGTH bonuses there!).

ENTRIES
[56] harvesters
[57] hasperat
[58] Hastur, Admiral
[59] hatana
[60] Hatarian system

DREAM CARDS
[56] Exists as Harvester Virus.

[57] Hasperat, Food
"Spicy (not zesty) Bajoran burrito whose filling is made with a specially prepared brine. Prepared correctly, it makes the eyes water and sears the tongue."
-Where present, your Bajoran may, once per turn, nullify one interrupt played or in play at this location. May not coexist with Zesty Burrito. (Cumulative.)

[58] Admiral Hastur, Personnel, Federation
"High-ranking Starfleet officer. Commanded a relief force to Deep Space 9 to deal with Gowron's fleet. A good friend of Ben Sisko's."
-OFFICER, Honor, Leadership, MEDICAL; SD Any Tactic (if in battle vs. );
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 7

[59] Hatana, Food,
"Spiced Taresian culinary dish. Eliann offered hatana to Harry Kim in 2373. He liked the taste because, by then, he believed he was Taresian too."
-Where present, makes one personnel (your choice) Taresian (may only change at start of turn if personnel no longer present). All Taresians present are all attributes +2. (Not cumulative.)

[60] Rich Archaeological Site, Mission, planet, Federation/Ferengi/Romulan
Hataria IV: Visit rich archaeological deposit on this ancient but barren planet.
-Archaeology xY + (Greed x2 OR SCIENCE x2) + INTEGRITY>40 OR <21
-Span: 5; 30 points; Up to 4 Artifacts may seed here; Y=number of Artifacts seeded here.

NOTES
[56] n/a
[57] This includes nullifying Q-interrupts. The cumlative nature of the card makes it possible for 2 Hasperat to nullify 2 interrupts on the same turn, but you'll need 2 Bajorans.
[58] The Tactical Download allows you to name any Tactic in your Battle Bridge side-deck and pull it out, so long as there's a Klingon ship on the other side of the battle.
[59] There are uses to making personnel Taresian, from other AtoZ cards.
[60] First, note the two possibilities for INTEGRITY (either a high 41+ or a low 20-). Then there's that Y variable: If there are 2 Artifacts here, it takes 2 Archaeology to complete the mission, 3 needs 3, etc. 0 Artifacts means you don't need any at all. You only know the number of Archaeology you need when you've passed every dilemma, and counted out the artifacts. When Lack of Preparation is encountered here, you only need 1 Archaeology to meet the requirement (even if no Artifacts are seeded here).

ENTRIES
[61] Hathaway, USS
[62] Hathon
[63] Havana, USS
[64] Haven
[65] "Haven"

DREAM CARDS
[61] USS Hathaway, Ship, Federation
"Registry number NCC-2593. Launched in 2285. Decommissioned prior to 2365. Commanded by William T. Riker in wargames exercises."
-Constellation Class[] SD Picard Maneuver
-RANGE: 6, WEAPONS: 5, SHIELDS: 5

[62] Weapons Depot, Event
"Weapons depots, such as the one commanded by Gul Pirak during Bajor's occupation, are a common sight in military societies."
-Plays on any  mission attemptable by  or . If your personnel present are unopposed, your hand weapons may report there (for free if Post Garrison played here).

[63] USS Havana, Ship, Federation
"Palindromic registry number NCC-34043. Was to rendezvous with Enterprise-D after it studied the Bersalis firestorms."
-Istanbul Class[] Tractor Beam; RANGE always equal to SHIELDS (choose highest for both)
-RANGE: 7, WEAPONS: 5, SHIELDS: 7

[64] Haven, Mission, planet, Any Away Team with INTEGRITY>40 may attempt
Haven: Seek refuge and healing from this peaceful and beautiful planet.
-Honor x2 + MEDICAL + Youth + Diplomacy + 1 personnel with STRENGTH<4
-Span: 40* points; *Each Tarellian Plague Ship in your bonus point area adds +5 to mission points.

[65] Lwaxana's Big Entrance, Interrupt
"When Lwaxana Troi makes an entrance, she doesn't miss a beat, including immense luggage, intimidating servants and reading the captain's thoughts."
-Download Lwaxana Troi to any location OR Mr. Homn to her location. OR Plays on you Empathy female to look at any Away Team or crew OR, where present, to replace any Artifact you just acquired with Betazed Gift Box from outside-the game.

NOTES
[61] Since the ship was stripped down on the show, I've ripped out the Tractor Beam, lowered the attributes and reduced the staffing. This accounts for the differences between the Hathaway and the baseline Constellation model.
[62] A kind of planetary Weapons Locker. The attemptability icons must be present on the mission. No "Any affiliation may attempt" missions are elligible.
[63] Playing the palindrome idea, if Captain's Log makes SHIELDS 10, then RANGE is also 10. Conversely, if Plasmadyne Relay makes the ship RANGE 9, then SHIELDS are also 9. In the fact of different bonuses here and there, pick the highest possible one to affect both. Cards never modify from the mirrored attribute (for example, if RANGE is now 10 because of Captain's Log, add a Relay won't make it 12).
[64] The +5s stop accumulating once the mission is completed. Basically makes the Tarellian Plague Ship be worth 10 points.
[65] Your Empathic female must be present to switch artifacts. The Gift Box must of course be played immediately.

ENTRIES
[66] Hawk, Lieutenant
[67] Hawking, Dr. Stephen William
[68] Hawking, Shuttlecraft
[69] Hawkins
[70] Hayashi system

DREAM CARDS
[66] Exists as Hawk.

[67] Stephen Hawking, Personnel, Federation,
"Holographic re-creation of one of the most brilliant theoretical physicists of 20th-century Earth. Developed a quantum theory of gravity."
-SCIENCE, SCIENCE, Physics x3, Astrophysics x2; SD Wormhole OR Temporal Rift
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 13, STRENGTH: 0

[68] Hawking, Ship, Federation
"Shuttle attached to the Enterprise-D. Carried Ambassador Odan to Peliar Zel. Rescued Picard from a mountaintop on Veridian III."
-Type VI Shuttlecraft[] Attributes all +1 for each Diplomacy personnel aboard (limit of 4)
-RANGE: 6, WEAPONS: 2, SHIELDS: 2

[69] Ambassador Hawkins, Personnel, Federation
"Federation ambassador to planet Mordan IV. Taken hostage by Mordan governor Karnas in 2364, though the act was blamed on terrorists."
-VIP, Diplomacy
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 4

[70] Chart Atmosphere, Mission, planet, Romulan
Hayashi VI: Chart atmosphere of this gaseous planet.
-SCIENCE + Physics + Biology + Stellar Cartography
-Span: 3; 30 points; Shuttles here may hide from ship-to-ship battle.

NOTES
[66] n/a
[67] It takes so much computing power to run Stephen Hawking, multiple copies of the program can't be run simultaneously.
[68] A Diplomacy x2 personnel still counts as only one Diplomacy personnel.
[69] Don't we already have personnel just like this? Well, no. This is the only Federation Diplomacy mission specialist that also reportd for free to Office of the President.
[70] Shuttles may not be attacked here if they so wish. Of course, if a shuttle attacks, it may be counterattacked.

ENTRIES
[71] Hayes, Admiral
[72] Hayes, Ensign
[73] Hayes, Jack
[74] Hayes, Lieutenant
[75] Hayne

DREAM CARDS
[71] Exists as Admiral Hayes.

[72] Ensign Hayes, Personnel, Federation,
"Part of engineering staff on Enterprise-D. In an alternate reality, replaced Geordi LaForge as chief engineer when he was killed."
-ENGINEER, Physics, Computer, SECURITY; May report where any ENGINEER was just killed;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 7, STRENGTH: 7

[73] Jack Hayes, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Farmer from the 1937 United States. Abducted with his truck by Briori and taken to the Delta quadrant. Revived by Voyager's crew."
-CIVILIAN, Biology, Geology; May acquire Ford Pickup Truck and Gasoline when first encountered
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 4, STRENGTH: 5

[74] Lieutenant Hayes, Personnel, Federation,
"Shuttle pilot assigned to Enterprise-D in 2370. Though on duty on stardate 47653, Picard chose to pilot a recovery shuttle himself."
-OFFICER, Navigation; All Hayes in play are attributes +2 and report for free where present (not cumulative)
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 5

[75] Hayne, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Human male. Charismatic leader of Coalition cadre on Turkana IV. Helped fight the Alliance. Offered to help the Federation rescue the Arcos' crew."
-OFFICER, Leadership x2, SECURITY, Treachery; SD Rescue Captives if encounters Untrustworthy Guide or Held for Ransom
-INTEGRITY: 4, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 8

NOTES
[71] n/a
[72] Basically, when your ENGINEER dies anywhere, you may immediately play Hayes from hand to that same location. He is not targeted by whatever killed the other personnel.
[73] If he's part of an Away Team, you don't have to complete the mission to acquire the artifact.
[74] I was struck by the number of characters with the last name "Hayes", thus the special skill. As for the lack of a Staff icon, Picard made it pretty clear this guy was unqualified. Think of him as a shuttle version of Simon Tarses. More than one Lieutenant Hayes does not confer more than a +2 bonus (which is given to all Hayes IN PLAY), but you may report your Hayes (including other copies of this card) to any location your Lieutenants are.
[75] His download only works when he encounters either of these (self-seeded?) dilemmas, basically nullifying the later by the way.

ENTRIES
[76] Hazar, General
[77] Health and Safety inspection
[78] "Heart of Glory"
[79] "Heart of Stone"
[80] heart of targ

DREAM CARDS
[76] Exists as General Hazar.

[77]Health Inspection, Dilemma, space
"Crossing into foreign space often requires health and safety inspections by native powers, sometimes only to check for illegal weapons."
-Unless Smuggling present, opponent's MEDICAL OR SECURITY personnel present may beam aboard your ship and confiscate (discard) one of your hand weapons OR Cargo Modules present (opponent's choice), then beam off. Discard dilemma.

[78] Lt. Worf, Personnel, Federation
"Lieutenant Worf (j.g.). First Klingon to serve in Starfleet. Held posts at science station 1 and the helm on the Enterprise's bridge. Friend of Yar."
-OFFICER, Navigation, SCIENCE, Honor; SD Klingon Death Yell;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 9

[79] Crystal Trap, Dilemma, planet, Countdown: 3
"When Kira Nerys was trapped by some kind of living crystal, it threatened to cut off her breathing. Of course, it wasn't really Kira..."
-Unless Geology OR Kira Founder present, one personnel present (random selection) is disabled until end of countdown. If Geology not present at that time, personnel dies. Discard dilemma.

[80] Heart of Targ, Food
"Traditional Klingon dish. Tasted by Commander Riker in preparation for his stay aboard a Klingon bird-of-prey in 2365. Poor Targs, eh?"
-On same non- ship, your Honor personnel are INTEGRITY and STRENGTH +1 (cumulative). On same Klingon bird-of-prey, your Honor personnel and Targs' personnel attribute bonuses are doubled (not cumulative).

NOTES
[76] n/a
[77] Whether you have a ship there to actually send personnel over, your opponent will be stopped if Smuggling is not present.
[78] One of the "first season" bridge crew personnel I originally discussed in my old "A Siskoid by Any Other Name" articles. This is a persona of Worf.
[79] If Geology finds its way to that location DURING the countdown, the personnel is not cured. Its life is only saved once the countdown ends (or the dilemma initially discarded by Geology already present).
[80] Note that both effects may be in play at the same time by being served on a non-Klingon bird-of-prey. The second function allows personnel attribute bonuses to be doubled. For example, each Targ present would give +2 STRENGTH to Klingons, etc. Bonuses given by a personnel present to a personnel not present are also doubled, though the opposite doesn't quite work.

ENTRIES
[81] heavy graviton beam
[82] Hechu'ghos
[83] Hedril
[84] Hegh'bat ceremony
[85] Hegh'ta

DREAM CARDS
[81] Heavy Graviton Beam, Tactic
ATTACK: 4, DEFENSE: 1
-ATTACK bonus +4 against Borg ships (+6 if Shelby aboard firing ship). Hit = . Direct hit = .
*Inertial dampeners offline: Ship may not move unless 2 ENGINEER aboard.
-RANGE -1, SHIELDS -3, HULL -35%

[82] Set Course, Interrupt
"Or as the Klingons would say: 'Hechu'ghos'. A navigator's main function aboard a ship is to calculate headings and set courses."
-Plays on your ship as it starts to move. Name a legal destination. No cards may be played on your ship that would change that destination until it has reached it.

[83] Hedril, Personnel, Non-Aligned
"Young Cairn girl. Daughter of Maques. Reminded Lwaxana Troi of her own daughter, Kestra, triggering the release of painful memories."
-CIVILIAN, Empathy x2, Youth; SD Mind Bridge (if Maques present); Maques is attributes +2 where present
-INTEGRITY: 6, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 2

[84] Hegh'bat Ceremony, Event, 5 points
"The Time to Die. Klingon rituialized suicide. Calls for the eldest son of a crippled warrior to hand him a knife so that he could kill himself."
-Plays on any Klingon being affected by a dilemma. It is killed (discard dilemma). If any related personnel present, owner scores points.

[85] Exists as IKC Hegh'ta.

NOTES
[81] The +6 is only against the Borg, not against any ship if Shelby aboard firing ship.
[82] No Womholes, no RBM pings, no sudden Q-Nets (played out of turn through Parallax Arguers maybe), no Temporal Rifts, no nullification of your RANGE boosters, etc. The destination must be legal - your ship must be able to reach the target with its current RANGE, and if any obstacles are in its path, you must be able to cross them with the skills aboard. Oncee the destination is named, you have no choice but to go there this turn.
[83] n/a
[84] Note that, as an Event, a dilemma that just has its quick effect won't be affected by this card. But this WILL discard an Interphasic Plasma Creatures on table (of course affecting your Klingon even if it's not played ON it), and other wider dilemmas.
[85] n/a

ENTRIES
[86] Heifetz, Jascha
[87] Heisenberg compensators
[88] Hekaras Corridor
[89] Hekaras II
[90] Helaspont Nebula

DREAM CARDS
[86] Jascha Heifetz, Personnel, Non-Aligned,
"Famous concert violinst from Earth (1901-1987). Data programmed himself to emulate his performance style."
-VIP, Music x2; While in play, androids with Music are all attributes +2
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 3

[87] Exists as Heinsenberg Compensators.

[88] Exists as Investigate Disappearance.

[89] Install Weather Matrix, Mission, planet, Federation
Hakaras II: Install weather control matrix as temporary measure against the subspace warp rifts accumulating in this area.
-ENGINEER x2 + Physics + Navigation + Computer Skill
-Span: 5; 35 points; Always seeds next to Investigate Disappearance, creating a region.

[90] Study Protoplanetary Masses, Mission, space, Bajoran/Cardassian/Federation
Helaspont Nebula: Study astronomical cloud containing numerous protoplanetary masses interefering with most sensors.
-Astrophysics x2 + Navigation + (CUNNING>50 OR USS Ulysses)
-Span: 4; 30 points; May not be scouted by the Borg.

NOTES
[86] His origins in the 20th century actually have bearing in combination with other cards (especially the ones affecting the '37s).
[87] n/a
[88] n/a
[89] This one has Geordi LaForge written all over it.
[90] That last part (about sensors) is invention, but really sets this mission apart. The USS Ulysses has the correct sensor package, otherwise, it'll be tougher, requiring mucho Cunning.

ENTRIES
[91] Heler
[92] Helewa, Isam
[93] helium fusion enhancement
[94] Hemikek IV
[95] Hemikek

DREAM CARDS
[91] Heler, Personnel, Bajoran
"Bajoran male. Prisoner on the Cardassian ship Ravinok when it was attacked by the Breen. Rescued from Breen labor camp by Kira and Dukat."
-CIVILIAN, Resistance, Geology; While in play, opponent may not draw cards through Forced-Labor Camp;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 7

[92] Isam Helewa, Personnel, Federation
"Master of meditation and breathing techniques. Mentor to Dr. Julian Bashir during Bashir's college years."
-MEDICAL, Biology, Honor; Each turn, may place himself and one other personnel present in and/or out of stasis;
-INTEGRITY: 8, CUNNING: 9, STRENGTH: 6

[93] Reignite Sun, Objective
-Plays on any  mission not part of a region. At the start of your turn, if you have 2 Astrophysics OR Timicin present on a fully staffed ship, you may probe, then discard objective:
#: Success! Mission worth 5 points more once solved.
#: Disaster! Take Supernova from outside the game and play here. Ship may escape to adjacent location if RANGE>10.
#Otherwise: Failure. Mission worth 5 points less once solved.
(Unique.)

[94] Kazon Rendezvous, Mission, planet, Non-Aligned,
Hemikek region*Hemikek IV: Rendezvous with other Kazon after attack on foreign starship.
-1 Kazon + (another Kazon OR Seska OR Micheal Jonas) + Leadership x2 + SECURITY
-Span: 2; 40 points

[95] Mineral Contract, Mission, planet, Any Away Team may attempt;
Hemikek region*Hemikek III: Buy minerals to repair and resupply ship from non-agressive consortium.
-Diplomacy + (Geology OR ENGINEER) + (Acquisition OR INTEGRITY>35)
-Span: 3; 30 points; Spans all -1 in this region for solving player.

NOTES
[91] That extra card draw once Forced-Labor Camp is solved is null and void while he lives.
[92] Personnel in stasis aren't usually targetable, beamable, attackable, so this may have some use. Watch out for Dead in Bed though! The personnel may enter into stasis at any time during your turn, and may "wake up" at any time during the same turn or on a later turn.
[93] You may use this on a solved mission, but only the Disaster result will have any effect.
[94] A viable Kazon mission.
[95] The player who solves this readjusts mission spans so that Kazon Rendezvous has a Span of 1, and Mineral Contract, a span of 2.

ENTRIES
[96] hemocythemia
[97] Hendrick, Chief
[98] Henley, Mariah
[99] Henry V
[100] Henry, Admiral Thomas

DREAM CARDS
[96] Cellular Pressure, Dilemma, space/planet
"Hemocythemia is a medical condition in which intercellular pressures are unstable. This imbalance can be treated with osmotic pressure therapy."
-Unless all personnel present are STTRENGTH>6, target one personnel. It is disabled until 2 MEDICAL OR any EMH present. Discard dilemma.

[97] Chief Hendrick, Personnel, Federation
"Enterprise-D transporter officer. On duty when a transformed LaForge beamed down to Tarchannen III. Middle name is 'Danger'."
-ENGINEER, Transporter Skill, SECURITY; SD Security Sacrifice;
-INTEGRITY: 7, CUNNING: 5, STRENGTH: 6

[98] Mariah Henley, Personnel, Federation/Non-Aligned
"Maquis resistance fighter who joined the crew of Voyager. Regarded as undisciplined. Assigned to Lieutenant Tuvok for field training."
-OFFICER, Treachery, Resistance; SD Field Training (if Tuvok present); May suspend play to leave her Away Team at any time;
-INTEGRITY: 5, CUNNING: 6, STRENGTH: 7
Now exists as Mariah Henley.

[99] Henry V, Program
"Holodeck recreation of William Shakespeare's classic historical play about the makings of a hero-king. Participants could take any role."
-One personnel present (your choice) is INTEGRITY +4. While program active, if this ship is attacked by two or more ships when alone, it does double damage (draws twice as many damage markers). (Not cumulative.)

[100] Thomas Henry, Personnel, Federation
"Starfleet admiral in charge of security. Visited the Enterprise during Norah Satie's investigation. Ordered it immediately discontinued."
-VIP, SECURITY, Law x2, Diplomacy; SD Seventh Guarantee; May "stop" one Law personnel each turn;
-INTEGRITY: 9, CUNNING: 8, STRENGTH: 5

NOTES
[96] Any EMH (including the Doc) can cure, not just the universal EMH Program.
[97] "Danger" is actually Dennis Maladone's middle name. Maladone not only played Hendrick, but was also stunt coordinator on TNG, DS9 and Voyager and has been hurt or killed many times onscreen.
[98] When you turn over a dilemma, you may get Mariah outta there by simply disconnecting her from the Away Team. She forms a separate Away Team and may fall prey to Thine Own Self. You may also turn her into a redshirt, by letting her face the dilemma alone, while the disconnected Away Team takes a break (the dangers of breaking discipline).
[99] In case you're not familiar with the play, the main function is tied to the Battle of Agincourt in which the English were outnumbered 10 to 1, and the French still lost 10,000 soldiers (the English, a handful). An exaggeration by Shakespeare, but a nifty effect here. WEAPONS are not doubled by the way, only the number of damage markers (2 flips because 4, etc.). A doubled [this one] result = [this one][flip].
